We have been coming here for several yrs to wash our vehicles. As time has gone by the towels have been less and less dry. This is very frustrating as when you use them they leave streaks on your windows. They also stink from not being dried. I was told they are not dried all the way because you are supposed to use them damp. This is ok to dust and clean but not wiping windows or glass. It would be great to have them completely dried again.

This used to be a good carwash. Now they only have one person brushing one side of the car so of course the other side does not get as clean. I try to ask them to do both sides and they get such an attitude or refuse. Was much better when they had two people. They want more money but do less. Also, "clean" rags are always soaking wet.

Have been a member (2 vehicles) for 3+ years...Overall satisfied however, for more than 2 months, there are 2 non-functional brushes - a large vertical brush on driver's side & a small lower brush (wheels??) on passenger side...I've called this to management's attention several times now & nothing has been done about it. Please make the necessary repairs so that our vehicles are fully clean.

When this place first opened it was great. Now it barely gets your car halfway clean. Jt have to scan an iPad to the machine to let you in every time it takes so long to get through this place and then they let people skip the line and not pay. Wow! Members sit there and have to wait. So I canceled my memberships today

This car wash has declined over the years. The quality of the wash is inconsistent—sometimes it cleans well, other times not so much. The staff’s effort with pre-scrubbing varies, and the vacuums often have clogged attachments with minimal suction. The towels also tend to smell like mildew. I often question why I still keep my membership here. While there are occasional good experiences, the disappointing ones outweigh them.

This used to be a great car wash. Though the employees are very nice, lately there are usually 5 people there and only one pre washing the car and they only pre wash one side of the car. My car is still dirty when I come out of the car wash. I am hoping a manger sees this post and fixes the problem. You are paying 3 or 4 people for standing in the office while one person is washing half the car. I pay monthly for this service and it’s very convenient to my home so I don’t want to change car washes but I will be forced to if it keeps happening. Please help!

Kaleb & Delton help with the towing truck. They stay from 6:32-10:23pm when the tow truck finally arrived. I appreciate tremendously they staying with me because I was be myself the entire time.Thank you both
