My experience with Savannah and Jake was absolutely wonderful. Prompt, knowledgeable and made everything smooth for me.The insurance claims were handled by them and I had nothing to worry about. I cannot say the same for my experience with the Seneca branch.I want to say you made everything a great experience and will tell others.Thank you. I dont have enough words for my experience.

Had my tractor in for winter service and a sensor code. Winter service was $500.To fix wires chewed by a mouse - $400.They said that it took over 3 hours to repair. If you know tractors, there isn't that much wiring to trace. Wires were in dash that were chewed. No new parts, just in line wire connectors. I'm all about being fair, but overcharging for simple stuff is ridiculous. I'll never go back there.

This site is known for selling lemons. Do not trust your down payment to these frauds. We bought a used machine “tested and approved” and after ONE HOUR of use DIED and they told us it’s $3500 just to pull the parts and check for repair. After months of payments (6+) and in THEIR SHOP, they guaranteed us they’d find a “solution.” Well, our solution was towing our machine (at our cost) somewhere else. We found it only took a few parts to repair- it was a quick solution we found somewhere else. This isn’t a hometown dealer, this is a money hungry corporately owed nightmare dealer. Who you should only trust and recommend this company to your worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and find a company who stands for the honest and respect their customers deserve. 0/10 do not recommend. Does not make wrongs right.

Update 8.5.22. I emailed you as requested but i haven't heard anything from you. Since my original review the mower has thrown another belt and is currently in your shop. My dad is having to get someone to mow his yard for him since his brand new mower doesn't work.Original review 7.23.22: My 84 year old father purchased a new mower from you and has had problems with the belts. You are charging him labor, mileage and for the belts on a brand new mower. He is told belts are not covered under warranty. Should a brand new mower have these issues? Should someone have to keep paying for labor, mileage, and parts on a mower with 20 hours on it? Do you stand behind what you sell? Belts should last alot longer than 20 hours, right? The last time you charged him over $300 to get his new mower running again. He feels he has no choice but pay because he needs you to fix it because he needs the mower to work so he can Cut his grass. I feel like you are taking advantage of an elderly man.

I felt that I was a victim of bait and switch, I took my lawn tractor in for service. They called and told me what needed replaced and at what cost. When I went to pick it up they then told me I had to pay $477.52 which was $200 more than what they told me it would and they did nothing more than what they told me it would take. If they were honest and told what they were going to charge I wouldn't have told to go ahead with the work. What a joke they tell you to email them with the information and you would expect a response. It's been five months and nothing from them.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Brought my tractor in with a couple of simple problems. For starters, their "service" folks don't talk to one another, so dealing with them is like ground hog day, each time you call you end up repeating the problem or restating the question 2 or 3 times. Everyone is always going to get back to you, but no one ever does. Then they finally give me their "diagnosis" of the problem, which for the record changed 3 times through the various conversations. It started with my front implement paddles needing to be replaced as they were "worn out". Really interesting since the tractor only has 75 hours on it. And... they weren't covered under warranty as this was considered "normal wear and tear". Normal? For a heavy duty 4 series tractor to wear out in 75 hours??? Seriously? The "diagnosis" continued to change as I challenged the logic (or lack thereof) of their conclusions, until their last and final answer was that the problem I was seeing is "normal" for all 5 series tractors (as I said I have a 4 series) and they ALL work that way. Apparently it's a design flaw in the front hydraulic system from Deere. Yeah, they are pretty new at this whole tractor thing after all. Come on folks, you really want me to believe that? I asked why it didn't "work that way" when I bought it the year before. Is this a "normal" thing that they all develop around 50-60 hours or so? No answer just dumb looks and shoulder shrugs. I asked if they had bled the hydraulics, no answer, more blank looks. I asked if they had pulled the lines and fittings to check for obstructions, you guessed it, nothing. I suggested that since this is "normal" that we grab a key and take a walk out on the lot and verify that on a couple of their other tractors. As you might guess, they didn't want to do that. Hmm, I wonder why if it's so normal, why not show me? Why? Because it's a lie, just like about 90% of what came out of their mouths. In fairness to them, I don't think they know their lying, I think they are honestly so incompetent that they just don't have a clue what they're doing. They told me twice that their service manager would call me. Still waiting for that call, been 2 & 1/2 months. So the bottom line is, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, and whatever you do, don't bring anything there expecting to get it fixed. As for my tractor, it's fixed now and working fine, I appear to have been able to overcome that John Deere design flaw. Maybe I could patent my fix and sell it to Deere. . Or maybe I should open my own tractor repair shop. LOL.

I visited the Ag Pro store in Carnesville on a cold rainy afternoon in February. My son and I were looking at the zero turn mower inventory on the yard when a salesman by the name of Michael McSwain come outside where it was blustery and introduced himself and asked how he could help us.I knew at that point that I would buy a mower from this man as he could have stayed inside the warm store lobby and just wait for me to see if I would come in. But instead, Mr. McSwain made sure I was waited on.I ended up buying a John Deere Z950M from Ag Pro and I couldn’t be happier. Mr. McSwain is a very genuine person who has been upfront and honest about every aspect of the deal that we made on the mower.Ag Pro should consider themselves blessed to have an employee like Mr. McSwain dealing on their behalf. He should have some type of leadership position, in my opinion, to teach and provide guidance to the younger sales staff at all their branches to provide instruction on how to be proactive when dealing with customers from the onset.Mr. McSwain’s diligence that cold afternoon caused me to be a customer of his for life.Mike Maxey

Purchased a 915E zero turn and had a issue with it running to hot in the summer time so much it would vapor lock and shut off. This model is a commercial grade mower not homeowners grade. Only used at my home to keep two to three acres cut. Could remove the engine surround cover and it would correct the heating up problem. Returned the mower under warranty at a time that the service department said it could check it out before warranty expired . After being there for a couple of weeks was told no issues found. Said they would check it out again when the weather cooperated. Was told no known issues with a kohler engine vapor locking. Not a certified small engine tech but did run a successful automotive repair business for twenty five plus years.Guess they didn’t look at the issues addressing this issue on the web. I picked up the mower brought it home and will deal with it myself. When I buy a (premium) product I am not willing to be appeased with less than (premium) customer service.
