My coworker and I have visited this store many times over the last 3 mos as we pass through the area on our way to/from work. And to be clear I don't have a problem with the staff or the store. The store generally has what I need. It is clean. The staff is helpful. The restroom is clean. My problem which they may be unaware of is someone skimmed/cloned my credit card and my coworker's EBT card. We know it was at this store bc this is the only store we used our cards. They stole nearly $1000 from my coworker, a couple hundred from my credit card. EBT doesn't do refunds and apparently these lowlife thieves don't care. My coworker is out of luck and having to get help from family/friends/coworkers to pay for her and her children's meals. Without ebt her kids wouldn't eat. This is unacceptable from a business. This is a warning to anyone shopping at this store or other businesses in the Carnesville area, beware, not only was her card number stolen but the pin too. BEWARE: YOU MIGHT WANT TO USE CASH. WHO KNOWS IF THE ATMS ARE SAFE. You might want to get your cash directly from a teller.

Better than any Dollar general I've ever been to. The aisles are always clear. The employees are energetic and happy and kind. The parking lot is clean and easily accessible. Thank you for the constant wonderful experiences. 🤑

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. On most visits I can find what I need. Sometimes finding milk is a struggle 😂. Milk seems to go fast!

This is the second time I have been verbally assaulted and this time I was even kicked out of the store, just because they didn't want to do their job. They are never in front of the store serving customers, they have to look for them all over the store, and if you use the cash registers to check prices they get very angry. Why do they work in front of the customer if they don't know how to serve them well? I just told him that he needs to be nicer to customers. He got upset, spoke to me in a loud voice with a bad attitude and kicked me out of the place.

The assistant manager there at the new dollar general is the rudest. She accused my daughter of not paying for an item and my daughter had to show the receipt to get her to back off. I will be calling her boss. And come to find out she has done this alot to other customers

I frequent this store at least twice every week. The staff is the most friendly of any place that I shop. Always a good selection and well stocked shelves as well.
