Call AAA for a tow at 250 pm, got a notice they were on the way at 7:00 PM, 4 hours!!! Never again.

When my truck was inoperative my company called Precision towing. Best choice that was ever to be made. Josh came to the rescue and was fantastic. Josh was very professional, extremely experienced and polite. I was given the opportunity to get a ride to a nearby shop in his amazing truck and I am grateful. If you are ever in the area and need a towing company, be sure to call precision towing.

Precision Towing was there within 30 minutes and very nice on the phone. I wish I had called them first..if I had, I would have saved myself 5 hours of waiting on another company.

I've had the pleasure of using Precision Towing twice, and both times I was blown away by their exceptional service. From the moment I called, I was treated with kindness and understanding. They kept informed throughout the whole process, and arrived in a very timely manner. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their dedication to communication, competitive pricing, and generosity.
When I called the first time, I was stranded in a ditch after trying to turn around AND I had a kitten stuck in my dashboard. I was very distressed and the team at Precision Towing not only towed my car with care but they also helped me retrieve the kitten!! They explained every step of the process when pulling out my car impressively, made me feel comfortable, and didn't make me feel foolish. It was a very crazy situation but they made the best of it!! I now have a new family member haha! Their kindness and compassion left a lasting impression on me. I was treated with the same kindness the second time I called with some car trouble. I'll always recommend them to anyone in need of a tow!!!

Great help today in getting towed off the freeway. It was extremely hot outside and we had an infant with us. They made fast work and did a great job. Very affordable! Highly highly recommended.

Precision saved the day when we broke down on a Florida to mountains and back beach trip! They got us to Elite Auto in Carnesville who got us back in the road. The towing technician had a hard job too because the Buick Enclave was stuck in park!

Had to get a 110 mile tow from SC to GA. Precision towing had someone to me in under an hr and were significantly cheaper than all the other places I contacted. My driver was very friendly and professional.

Had to get an emergency tow and the truck showed up incredibly quickly and got me where I needed to do without any hassle what so ever. I’d like to single out the driver Brad for being an awesome dude and amazing at what he does.

I contacted Precision Towing to pull my truck to the shoulder of the road, and they charged me $600. PRICE GOUGE!!!!!!!!!!! When I questioned the payment and why it was so high, the owner of the company became very rude and difficult to deal with. I didn't have a COMcheck, which I didn't have access to at the time. I asked if he could take another form of payment, but he declined and refused to wait momentarily for an alternate payment. He also refused to tow my truck 20 miles up the road. He became irate, hung up on me, and then took my truck, refusing to let the driver stay with it and kicking the driver out at a truck stop.
He took my truck to a holding facility not equipped for semi trucks and trailers, dropping my truck nosed in. I had to send an alternate tow truck to rescue my truck. If you are considering using Precision Towing, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
