I had a package which was delivered there and I ended up needing it forwarded to a different address due to an unforeseen circumstance and they were so accommodating and the clerk who helped me got it added to the outgoing items at the very last minute so I would get it in time. “I dropped off a package at the Franklin Street, Hartwell, GA drop box with two other packages. One was supposed to be placed in a Locker at a Quik Trip gas station more than 45 minutes from me. How do i retrieve my package so that I can return it correctly? I have tried calling the 1-888 and Carnesville number but without a tracking number they won't talk to me. Suggestions? The other two packages have already been returned to Amazon but this one is seemingly lost now due to my error.”
