Made a reservation on Tuesday for Wednesday morning. Walked in at opening time and had the unit within 30 minutes. Climate controlled 10X30 unit with first month free. Very good customer service!

I've had my unit for 8 months. This morning I rec'd a text telling me that a lien would be placed on my unit for non payment due to my bank account being closed. It isn't. I called my bank to confirm that it is open. I texted the new owner to inform him of this. His reply was we are trying to contact the previous owner to remove this notification from the new owners system. Only the previous owner can do this. I rec'd a call from the regional manager shortly after the new owner answered my text. He reiterated what the new owner said. What we as customers of this business have in common is that our stuff is in storage because we are in transition and we have no other place to put it. We need to feel secure that our things are safe. Getting a message saying a lien would be attached to my unit fills me with anxiety I don't need. I don't know how you feel, but putting my things in storage was a big relief in my moving process.

I really hate to leave negative reviews, but I would like to warn people about my negative experience. This storage unit was conveniently located at the same place we were returning a U-Haul, so we thought it would be perfect. It was a little pricey in comparison to the unit we rented from a previous location, but it did appear nicer and again, it was convenient. We intended to store our belongings for few months. After returning to the unit, one month later, I was shocked to find that there were rodents everywhere inside the unit! There were droppings everywhere, and things were chewed on. I immediately called the front office and asked if they were aware of a rodent problem; The receptionist kindly informed me that she wasn’t aware of rodents in my particular unit, but there were traps in the front office that I could feel free to pick up. She also let me know that these are the risk of an outdoor unit. As I previously stated, I have used outdoor storage units before, and I never had this problem. I just returned to the unit and see that water had leaked into the unit causing mildew to grow. Needless to say, we are very disappointed as our entire home is in this unit. We will be returning to clear it soon, so that we do not continue to pay for our things to be ruined.

I had my belongings in this self-storage unit for 10 months. They are a little pricey for non temp controlled units. Upon clearing my unit there was a massive amount of spiders. The door to my unit always gave me a problem. It needs to be oiled. It was very hard to open and close and it wouldn’t stay up sometimes while using the unit. The general property was clean. The staff was friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. Move out was easy and done over the phone. Just a few small things that could be fixed. Overall, my experience was good.

I rented a 26 FT. Uhaul Truck. I needed the truck longer than I anticipated. Online Uhaul said I had to turn the truck back in that I could not extend. Took the truck back and I believe it was Kayla that took care of it and I left with the same truck. Took all of 5 minutes to get straightened out. Still needed it a little longer and all I had to do was call her. Felt comfortable dropping the truck off there at night when it was 0100 hrs in the Morning. Nice place and the service was excellent. Hopefully will not need another Uhaul but if I do, I will go back to AAA PRIVATE SELF STORAGE. I'm not getting paid for this review either. LOL. Super nice people.
