These guys did an awesome job on my car after it was hit parked in front of my house. They got the work done quickly 5 days total for me. I was kept informed and received an update text every morning to let me know what stage they were in. I will absolutely use them if the need arises again.

Overall, my experience was great—from the initial estimate to scheduling the repair. The quality of work appears to be very good, though time will tell. Based on my experience, however, there is room for improvement in customer service.
Before deciding to file a claim through my insurance company, I had already visited the shop to have the damage on my truck assessed. That process went smoothly, and I received an estimate in my inbox within an hour, thanks to Max Murrah. He also responded to my follow-up questions via email in a timely manner.
After reviewing the repair cost, I chose to open a claim with my insurance company. Once Progressive sent my information to Caliber, I received a call from the shop asking me to come in for another estimate. I explained to the local representative that I had already received an estimate and asked her to follow up with Max. The rep insisted that I call Max myself, citing some kind of insurance rating based on how quickly they respond to claims. Honestly, that’s not my concern.
Eventually, I received a call to schedule the repair, and that process was smooth. Before scheduling, I asked how long the repairs would take and was told one week. I was informed that if I dropped the truck off on a Monday, I would have it back by Friday of the same week. Based on that, we scheduled the drop-off for September 8th, with an expected pickup on Friday, September 12th.
On Wednesday, September 10th, I received a text update stating that the work was on track and would be completed ASAP. For planning purposes, I texted back on Thursday, September 11th asking what time the truck would be ready for pickup. I was told I’d be called with a pickup time once the work was complete.
On Friday, September 12th—my expected pickup day—I received another update saying the repairs were progressing nicely and that I’d continue to receive updates. When I asked again about the pickup time, I received a text saying, “We officially made it to Friday and the reassembly process has begun.” Shortly after, I was told, “We do not have a pickup time as explained in the last text. We will call you when we are completely done and have a good time.”
At that point, I called the shop and explained that I had been told the truck would be ready Friday. The rep said their system showed a completion date of September 15th. I expressed that I’m a reasonable person and would have understood if I had been informed earlier that the truck would be ready Monday instead of Friday—I just didn’t want any last-minute surprises.
After the shop closed, I received a call saying the truck was ready. I had to rearrange my schedule and rush over within 10 minutes to pick it up. That experience was pleasant, and I appreciated the staff staying late to get the job done.
Maybe this was just a misunderstanding, but I encourage the shop to clearly document the pickup date communicated to the customer at the time of scheduling.

I enjoyed the daily text updates! The front desk staff was kind and helpful! My husband noticed a few imperfections on the body work, but it wasn't enough to bring to their attention and go without our car again. Overall, our experience was good.

I took my truck there recently from a deer accident and I figured it was going to take weeks for them to fix it honestly. But to my very pleasant surprise. They fixed in such a short time and efficiently, I was a happy camper. They also made it look brand new too. I've use to have another car that had a deer accident and the place before took weeks and you can tell they didn't properly repair because it stood out like a sore thumb. 10/10 everything and will 100% recommend you to bring your car here.
