YOU WILL WAIT 2 MONTHS. NO JOKE.I wish I had read these reviews before I brought the van in. I was referred to them by my mechanic so I assumed it was all good. Unfortunately they are the only people in Carroll county who do electrical work on cars.My car also sat there for 2 months!!!I called every week and they would always say, "next week we'll get to it." I'm a patient guy so I waited, but told them numerous times, "call me before you do any work. I wanna know how much it's gonna cost and if it's worth it."The day came and they called me and left a message saying the van was READY!So, I went to go pick it up. There they told me it would $500 for the fixed horn. I was never consulted about this before the changes were made. So, I had to pay up.I get in the van to leave... AND THE HORN DOESN'T WORK! They fixed it on the spot. The plug was loose. But I'm like, "Didn't you test it before you called me to say it was ready?" I also found cigarette ash on the floor board drivers side, (where they had been working obviously). I noticed it because the whole van smelled like cigarettes.They are nice enough guys, I just wish they would put a little more effort into customer service. It's like they know they are the only game in town so they don't care about the customer.

Our vehicle was there for a little over 2 months when initially we were told they would have it looked at within a week. After calling every week for almost 9 weeks and being told they would get to it within a few days, I decided to go get our vehicle. When I got there they claimed they had “looked” at it but didn’t know what was wrong yet, but did not have a work order for it to even show that they had remotely even touched it. Would give negative stars if it would let me. This review should be giving me stars, I’ve done more typing this out than this place done for my vehicle.

I was referred by oil express change. I payed an amount for my car to get fixed and it never got fixed. They said it would be fixed and the work would be done. I had my car left in the shop for about 4 days. They never communicated to me about ordering parts and taking a couple days for the parts to come in.

Did not find the cause of the electrical gremlin in my wife's Chevy HHR. They did a decent job of getting the car in and out of their shop and handing me a bill for $331.50. Finally, my mobile mechanic found a short in the transmission control module. Hint: If the HOUSING of the TCM has voltage on it, that might be a good place to check. So, I spent over $300 to conclude that "Advanced" could use some more advanced training. More than disappointed.

My husband was referred to this shop by a friend. My husband dropped the truck off around May/June of 2018. Today is February 3, 2020 and my husbands truck was NEVER touched. After many phone calls and too much patience my husband drove 5 hrs because we have relocated and had to bring the truck to our home on a uhaul trailer. This is NOT the way anyone would run a respectable business. Unbelievable.

I took my car here for some electrical problems. I was referred by Auto Transmission in Carrollton. I just got a fresh paint and body work done on my car, and when I got it back from this place my car had been hit. I call him and he act like he had NO idea what I was talking about. I was so hurt that people don't know how to be professional and do right by their customers. My car was In this shop care and the care of Auto Transmission and the both of them claim to know nothing. Please don't let this place work on your cars.
