“These apartments are not super high end or anything but they are FAIRLY PRICED. Office staff is always very friendly and helpful. They don't respond to emails very soon... sometimes they forget altogether. But otherwise I've had a great experience here. A few months ago I was having a bad roommate situation and they let me change rooms with no charge on my account. Also rent is due on the fourth not the first so there's no late charges if your paycheck comes in after the first. Miss Tameka is great.”

“My friends have lived at River Pointe for a while now, and I have to give credit where it’s due — the Micah, Community Manager here is amazing! She’s fun, friendly, always professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. Anytime I’ve interacted with her or needed help with something, she has handled it quickly and with a great attitude.
It’s refreshing to have management that actually communicates and follows through. The property feels well taken care of, and that’s 100% because of the NEW leadership here. Big thanks to Micah for making River Pointe such a great place to live!”
