I came in to set up new internet service, when I did Coby was extremely helpful. He made sure he explained everything and made sure I knew about all the great promotions that were going on. I will definitely come back to work with him in the future.

Chris, during our 1.5 hour stay in the store after which you sent my fiancée and I away with, “it should do this” or “maybe you can find what you’re looking for on Amazon,” I wondered if AT&T didn’t train you in customer service properly or if you were just ready to go home. This is unfortunate, because last week, we had a wonderful experience with a different sales associate. This time, it was clear that we were a bother and that the company’s employee, Chris, had no idea how to help (a phone transfer and finding a band for an Apple Watch and setting it up). He told us that we could do these things from home with no instructions and responded with a blank face and “I’m not sure” to our questions. I hope that the Carrollton, GA AT&T location on Hwy 27 will either employee people who want to help, or train and incentivize the employees that they have in customer support in the future as your customers are paying a lot of money for these services and products.
