The new owner is hands down the nicest, most friendly, most talkative (in the best way) person I’ve ever met in an auto shop. This is the kind of person who will explain your tire situation with diagrams, hand gestures, and probably a lighthearted joke, all while making sure you understand what’s actually happening. No shady auto-shop mystery language here. Just honest, straight-up information and actual care.
Not only is he fair and honest, he’s the kind of guy who genuinely wants you safe on the road. He isn’t trying to upsell you on a tire for your tire’s emotional support. He’s trying to make sure you don’t roll into a ditch on the way home. I kept waiting for the catch, and there wasn’t one. Just real goodness.
And the vibe was immaculate. It wasn’t awkward waiting room silence energy. It was you might accidentally stay an extra twenty minutes because the conversation was too good energy. I laughed. I learned things about tires I never thought I’d care about. I may have left knowing more about traction than I do about my own emotions.

“Z1 is really an amazing place to shop for Z parts. I remember I needed a pcv hose and the dealership was charging me more than a hundred for it. Found one here in the Z1 website for about twenty. My Z33 is very thankful and I am extremely thankful for keeping my Z33 alive and moving with the parts. My only gripe is the non CARB turbo/supercharger parts. Maybe I need to move out...but I digress. If you need parts for your Z (and you don't live in a place that hates cars) hit them up. “I’ve been going here for YEARS, I have always recommended people I know to come here. I really enjoy the conversations we have while he fixes or changes my tires. I feel he’s very fair and trustworthy. Anytime I go get some tires I’ll go pick out whichever I think look good, and he’ll show me some that are in even better shape, even when the ones I spot are good enough he always tries to make sure you leave his shop with the best tire possible on your vehicle. And as for the conversations, I’ve stayed there a hour or so after he finished my tires just to keep the conversation going a few times. Just a real down to earth man with plenty of good tires for sale lol highly recommended”
