Horrible Customer Service!!! We were referred to Barnes Van Lines through our employer Tanner Medical Center and were told we would receive a discount from this company if we used them. That did not happen. Other physicians and colleagues of ours who had used them did receive a discount. Barnes rudely told us they did not have to give it to everyone if the price was already low on the move they were doing.
But what really spoke volumes about this company is the Owner. He left a message for us backing out of moving our large house 15 business days before our move because he felt like his guys had quoted us too low of a price. We had made a deposit months before and had confirmation on the dates and price. We tried speaking with the very rude owner again but It was very apparent he could’ve cared less! This is a horrible way to run a company and treat customers. Now leaving us with no one willing to make our move the scheduled week we have off to move. This is heartbreaking for us, considering we are moving across the country.

You have to pay minimum of 4 hours and they BUM RUSH the whole process. Destroying corners and walls. They damaged the flooring and never said anything till they left. They did it in 35 minutes. Honestly i should be opening a law suit instead of telling google about it but i want you read this before you pay these people a lot of money to destroy your project and home.

You have to pay a minimum of 4 hours, and both times when the movers were moving our stuff out and back in they complained after being there an hour making a comment “are you really going to keep us here longer”?
Dropped our entertainment center damaging it. And I have to repaint areas on my walls from being scuffed from moving furniture.

Quick unloading plenty of room to maneuver....no gate, possible overnight plenty of parking, but don't know for sure didn't need it

Very pleased with the whole process. We needed a moving/storage company as we were moving back to Florida. Our home sold very quickly, so we were in between homes. They packed up in three hours, then stored it for 4 months, and the delivery was just completed today. The 2 men who delivered the goods were very professional, friendly and courteous. The whole moving process can be very stressful, but Barnes Van Lines made the move a little more pleasant. Thanks to everyone.
