Came there from out of town to get my tire swapped out . Was told 2 hours but when we told him we are not from there he did it while I waited . Great customer service did a great job .

The pictures tell it all! I hit a deer and brought my bike to Basic Cycle to be repaired. When I first arrived Jami, Dennis and his team attended to my every need and concern. A job that I expected to take months to repair, they completed in 2 1/2 while allowing me to upgrade certain parts I wanted. When I had a question about something with the bike, Jami immediately took action and Dennis and his team took care of it! As soon as they got it done, I rode to TN for a concert then the Tail of the Dragon, back to GA and it was like the bike never hit that deer! I won’t ever go anywhere else again!! If I need anything I will always come to Basic Cycle over everyone else!!! Give them your business!!!

only gave them one star because i had to, they put the wrong oil in my motorcycle which caused multiple issues. my motorcycle ran perfectly until i had it serviced there then had to take to somewhere else to find out they put the wrong oil in it! i had to spend more money to take it somewhere else just to find out they caused the problem.

Just had a fresh set of tires put on my 2001 Yamaha r6 I went to get lunch came back there was done great tire great service I’ll be taking my bike to basic for now on they will have it cleaning carbs next week

1st time there and service was awesome and the price was so much cheaper than the other place down the road. The office lady was friendly and very professional the mechanic went out of his way to help me get my bike off of my trailer when he was already busy and the only one there at the time. Then the owner showed up, great guy he was in dress clothes he assured me he was changing into his work attire and getting my bike to me as soon as possible and it was less than 45m in and out. Couldn't be happier

Got my new tires put on and balanced. Mr. Dennis is a master of the craft and a funny dude. Definitely gonna be taking my bikes to him until he retires. 11/10 recommend!
