I haven't been here shopping in years. It was good then, but I encountered bad service spirit and attitude from, a sell representative in the men's department today 04/07/25. It was a black lady being rude after I hand my receipts to your she makes me hold it so she can scan barcode, who does that in clothings stores today. That was a first time experience with someone asking to hold the receipt while they scan the code they usually grab it and scan it. Also I had the bag and she grabs it instead of letting me take out what I wanted to return, which I said the dress and then she proceeded to ask what dress when one of them actually clearly was a dress. Also because she was complicating things I decided not to buy anything. It's sad she was being so rude to me and I'm black too, so I'm not being prejudice. I even looked at the other customer in a way like I can't believe this because it was total rudeness.

Drove 45 minutes to this location tonight based on posted Google hours of 10am-9pm. Location was closed with hours of operations posted to close at 8pm. Thanks a lot.
