Terrible storage unit over all. Zero climate control what so ever, never kept up, lights don’t work in units, bugs everywhere. Do not recommend unless you are desperate to put things in here for a short time even then it’s not worth it to waste you things.

Not climate controlled or it's broken. Raises rates at an extreme basis. Snakes in yard and terrible facility. Would not recommend. First month was worth it at $18 but raised my rate to $62 after the 4th month plus $9 insurance.

I went with a friend and her family after they had bought a unit and the whole vibe felt really unprofessional, even to me who was very new to buying out units. The site manager set an appointment and was extremely late, about an hour or so. When the unit was cleared, we found tons of mouse droppings and even a carcass mixed in. As we were leaving, we also noticed my car had been relocated without my knowledge or consent. Very horrible experience.

Rented from the Alabama St location. Their security sucks, no lighting in unit, talking about we don’t provide lighting, it took 6 tries to find a unit that one could actually store anything in, that they claimed was climate controlled. I rented on 1/7/2025 and closed out my account on 1/14/2025. They refused to prorate the price and charged me for a full month, thieves that they are! I repeat no one should ever rent a unit from them! Their storage is disgustingly not well maintained or secure. The hell is 24 hr. exit? Their hours are 6am to 9pm and they want to charge the same prices as U-Haul and Public Storage when they don’t offer the same quality of storage or service. There is no on-site manager either! They’re nothing but thieves!

DONT RENT from these scammers, no office and can't get in touch with anyone in a office (so you cant do anything). Lied about a month free for rodent control that they told me, after they had me take pictures of rat feces to send to them, of which I can show. Then said they didn't give a free month- lied and we had to pay over 700 dollars to get in. Then they scammed us out of more money. We put in notice to GET OUT of there via over phone ( what they said verbal notice for may) and moved out. Now they are trying to say we owe for a unit, balance is over 1800 now, after we moved out in may, 4 threatened auctions after we moved out. Just charged my credit card today without authorization from me. Which I reported today. About to get my lawyer. They are crooks. Don't rent from them, it's been a nightmare. I see that they are doing this to others too by their reviews. What is so bad, is we had to deal with all this after we lost my son and mom a month apart. I can't believe they did this to us, they should be ashamed and they kept my deposit. They dont deserve 1 star but wanted to put this up so 1 star....please DON'T RENT from them, you will regret it!!!!

Do not rent from this place! There’s bugs and rodents. And the service is the worst I’ve experienced. They will lie about pricing and policy. Please save your time and frustration and rent from a reputable storage place.

If you care about your valuables, do not do business with this company. They are the most unprofessional, and rudest people I have ever met in my life. My stuff got extremely moldy and wet, and it was in a CLIMATE CONTROLLED area. When I went to cancel, they didn’t answer the phone so I had to leave a voicemail. In my voicemail, I stated that I needed to cancel my unit, but before I do that I needed to speak to someone about the mold. I called twice. I then received a text that said my unit was canceled before I spoke to someone. I already knew they were about to pull something on me. The woman who said her name was “Apple”, called the next day, and she was ridiculous. From the way she talked to the way she handled everything. She did not know anything. She tried to give me the runaround. I told them that there is no way you guys didn’t hear about the mold issue because I mentioned it in my voicemail. Which meant they heard the voicemail and heard about my mold issue, but canceled it because they didn’t want to help me resolve the issue. No compensation, no apology, nothing. I went back and forth with these people through TEXT, and they refused to have a manager help me. I contacted the BBB and have even went as far as to message whoever it is who replies to these reviews, just for them to ignore my messages. The BBB also said they have ignored their requests, which will result in their score going down. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with these people at all costs. What goes around comes around.
ETA: the implication they closed my account on their own volition upon discovery is a cute touch, also love the fact they responded to this review faster than they responded to my email from January 20th.. by the way, they didn’t. Love that for me.

If I could rate a zero I would. They are very deceitful on their prices. Speaking with Apple she was rude and unhelpful. She expressed we can go back and listen to the recording of when I signed the contract, when I stated I would like for that to happen she cut me off and said they wouldn't be able to provide that. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

I helped my daughter and son-in-law get their stuff out of storage yesterday. I realized that what didn't have mold on it was covered with rodent dropping. They had a supposedly climate controlled unit, the system was in total disrepair. Renter Beware!
