We arrived Sunday evening, the staff was friendly and, for the most part, helpful. However, our room didn't smell particularly clean, I found trash under the corned of the bed, the bed skirt was dirty and the bathroom smelled strange and had weird spots on the floor, we figured they were cleaning products. Then my partner woke up with a busted blood vessel in his eye from a metal zipper in a pillow Monday morning. Now, Thursday evening we've been charged for a smoking fee!!!! We do smoke but are well aware of the hotel policies and would smoke in our car. We did not smoke in our room and we do not smoke Marijuana! So, we're going back to the hotel for proof. We never received any complaints and spoke with the person at the desk daily. So why were we not informed at all but charged???? Awful experience, would not recommend. Anything already wrong with your room will be charged to you!

Awesome hotel at a reasonable price. We were very impressed with our stay here. We used to stay at Choice Hotels most of the time but we have noticed the quality of many hotels in this chain has degraded over the years. That being said, I had to think long and hard to find any constructive feedback at all for this hotel. It was a 99.9% positive experience for us. The employees were extremely nice, the rooms were very clean. There was no mold/mildew smell which is what I was most concerned about, as I am hypersensitive to mold and this seems to be more and more common in hotel rooms, (and was a problem in the Hampton Inn next door to this hotel). The breakfast was good, there were plenty of luggage carts, and they allow pets to stay with a reasonable pet deposit of $25 per night. The only constructive feedback I would have is to make sure the lotion/shampoo/conditioner dispenses are full after each guest leaves, as our lotion was empty. Other than that, the beds are a little hard for my taste, but perfect for my husband, which is a personal preference only, not a negative. Very comfortable stay. Definitely choose this Comfort Inn over the Hampton Inn next door. That particular Hampton Inn has some positives such as a very friendly staff and a choice of grab n go or very good sit down breakfast, but unfortunately these positives are overshadowed by the dirty, smelly, moldy and uncomfortable rooms.

Very nice staff (Josh) and clean room. It's a standard hotel, not too many decorative frills, but clean.
Food & drinks: There's a snack bar. But did not partake.

Rooms are really nice and very up to date. Was very impressed but it was more expensive than the other hotels around. Although I’d gladly pay extra to not stay in crack hotels
Safety: Most of the other hotels in the area you will more than likely get your truck broken into or robbed.

After a dreadful experience at another hotel/motel in town, I am SO happy to have landed here. Maybe a bit more per night than I was hoping to spend, but WELL worth it.
The highlight was the very friendly staff at all hours who were always happy to help.
They offer quite a decent breakfast (not much variety if there for an extended time, but still nice to have available).
The rooms overall felt clean, there was always parking available and it felt quite safe no matter the time I was coming and going. They have an ice machine on each floor and a laundry available which was an unexpected bonus.

Staff were very nice and accommodating.
Breakfast was nice to have I enjoyed a waffle with eggs sausage wrapped up.
Room had some things needing addressed such as lamp had tape holding it together. Touch up paint was a different shade.
So I hope to see these things addressed in the future. I’d definitely give 5 stars when they address attention to details.

This was a very nice hotel, the staff was exceptionally nice. I actually didn't want to leave. I will stay at this conform inn again.

First room smelled heavily of smoke so we got moved to another one. Then we went down to the pool and once we jumped in we realized how dirty it was. Like dirty bath water with hair and dirt everywhere. The pump was not running and the filters was clogged with a ton of stuff. Tons of ppl walking around drinking in the parking lot and almost every corner of the hotel. Bed sheets had stains too. I will pay extra to stay anywhere else besides here next time.

Our first room smelled of cigarettes. They changed our room. Then pool was dirty. Filters were not on. Hair and bits of things floating all over. We checked filters and they had not been cleaned. Area around the pool was slippery and dangerous. This place allows non guest to swim.

We were here for an overnight business trip.. at first it was a bit annoying trying to check in, but the John?(I think that’s his name) helped us out and ended up getting us checked in! The only thing I would change is that they enforce the Electric Vehicle only parking spot they have cause there was a challenger parked in the spot and I needed to charge my car. The bfast area was clean, and they had ALOT of the basic bfast items (Bagels, toast, oatmeal, etc) but no juice, or anything besides coffee and water. Would recommend to business travelers and they are pet friendly!!
Rooms: Room was clean and the beds were amazing. One of the beds had sheets that were way to big, and it seemed like it had been laid in already cause the sheets were wayyyyyyyyy to bunched up and looked unmade.
Food & drinks: Breakfast is ok, but nothing to write home about.
