I want to express my deepest gratitude to Ty, the General Manager of America’s CarMart of Carrollton, GA for truly showing up when I needed it most. After my credit took a tremendous hit, I honestly wasn’t sure if financing a vehicle would even be possible; but Ty gave me an opportunity during a challenging time.
His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Because of him, I’m now confidently cruising in my Chevy Sonic LT, and that feeling is priceless🥰🤩✌🏾. This experience restored not only my mobility, but my hope and confidence as I continue rebuilding.

Steve and Scott also Amanda are really nice and easy to communicate with if you’re looking for a vehicle. Scott help me with my trade in and the process with smooth he also helped with getting me the best price for my old vehicle. Steve went over and beyond to help find with what I was looking for and needing. Amanda is always helpful if you need to make arrangements on your payment and she’s always understanding to your situation if you have any. Over all the new staff is a lot better so I’m a happy customer.

I wanna start by saying you can have great customer service experience without having a great experience at an establishment. I wanna thank, Andrea and Dee for all the hard work and time that you showed me and my wife. I also want to thank Ty for helping me and my wife as well, he played a major part in this citation.
Please be sure you check your cars out to the fullest extent. DO NOT trust Americas Car-Mart to put you in a reliable vehicle, they only want you money.
My wife purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer back in August of 2025, that Explorer was a nightmare, every problem you could thing of was wrong. We got tired of it and asked for something else. It wasn’t fair my wife WAS/still is PAYING $30,000 after tax for a 2014 Ford Explorer.
Fast forward 3 week later, the Explorer became completely inoperable due to oil leaking on the alternator that the dealership was already supposed to have fixed. That left us stranded without a car for close to a week. Ty the current manager was more than happy to get us out of the 2014 for something to equal or less value which me and my wife were fine with. Little did we know we were gonna have so much trouble trying to get into something else because the recent manager lied about my wife’s income. The underwriter said that she wasn’t even supposed to be approved for the car in the first place. Needless to say after 5 1/2 hours this past Saturday, my wife left with the 2015 Ford Explorer that she was promised by Ty, but definitely not without much stress, anxiety and confusion. I had to go on my wife’s loan this second go around just so she would have a reliable form of transportation. Even though our situation was fixed, I feel that we were still let down. We should not have been treated the way we were and someone definitely entered false information on my wife’s behalf. The underwriter called it out. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
So the “New” car we ended up with is a 2015 Ford Explorer. Once it is paid off in 4 years we would have don’t payed $30,000 for this one as well. Be careful. BE CAREFUL.
If the company feels they need to charge hard-working Americans this much money on a 10 year-old vehicle than the Lord will take care of them in such a way.

Andrea, Dee, Ty… I know this wasn’t yalls fault. It’s all on corporate and past management, but Ashley and Myself thank you for all of your hard work and dedication. Yall 3 definitely get 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Re-read how much me and my wife are paying for the car and spread with word with your family and friends.

This was not the road I wanted to take coming to a buy here pay here lot because of high interest rates and not always the best options. I'm glad I did though. Of course there's cons but the employees I dealt with were professional and funny as hell. I plan on buying another car within the year and I'll be back. Thank you Ty and Andrea for making the experience bearable.
