I had a prescription sent to this location at 5:16 PM. When I arrived at 5:45 PM, the employee working the drive thru informed me they had not yet received it and unless it came through in the next 2 minutes, they wouldn't be able to fill it before closing. When I asked if there was anything I could do to get the prescription that day (this was for an infection that I didn't want to wait until 10:00 AM the next day to treat), like have the doctor call, or if they could reach out to the doctor, I was told \\\"no.\\\" It was very much a \\\"this is your problem, not mine\\\" attitude, and while that may have been the case, a little empathy would have been nice. I called the doctor and asked them to send the prescription to Publix, and I had received a text that it was ready at Publix before I had even completed the drive from CVS. Publix will get my future pharmacy business.

The pharmacy works very hard to keep my allergies and near 20 prescriptions ironed out along with my supplements. I know they are slow but every one is after COVID. The ability to find Pharmacy Technicians and keep them is difficult, especially the good ones but they seem to be bringing in some great people. The Pharmacists are always there to help answer questions unlike another who would help with allergic reactions one night and used to be open 24 hours. In the 10 months I have been with them I have been able to work through concerns and realize my PTSD was triggering, apologize and receive the same a month later. Respectful, caring and supportive.

My sister had 2 dental extractions on her mouth today. She was sent home with an antibiotic and pain prescription. I dropped them off at 4:00 and was told they'd be ready at 6:00. She was in tremendous pain by 5:00. I left and was here at 6:00 to be the 5th car in line of a slow moving line. Finally got to the window at 6:30 and was told that only the antibiotic was ready - that it will be 30-45 more minutes before it will be filled. I explained that she is in bad pain to no avail. Now I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting. Oh and this time I get to go in because I cannot wait an extra 30 minutes due to a slow line! I gave them a 1 star only because they are humans and at work today!
