Nice , new, spacious location with very helpful staff. Can't say I've ever had a bad experience at a Harbor Freight store. Just watch them deals, there not always deals.

I went in the store with my husband the other day for the first time and found it to be a great store with lots of great things then the one in Douglasville. I really liked this store and my husband shops here all the time. I found it to be CLEAN and the people to be nice and very helpful.

Wish I’d had more time for browsing. But I was in a rush picking up some things for a job I was on so didn’t get to look around. This is a new store however and looked great, can’t wait to get in and really look it over.

Employees are friendly enough. Wouldn't let me make a return with the receipt for a tool set that broke while being used. The reason given was because it's missing the piece (a socket extension) that splintered in two and fell into traffic while my boyfriend was trying to work on my car. I didn't know Harbor Freight expected their customers to walk into traffic to retrieve a shoddy tool.

This store is the same as all the others, very well put together, extremely organized, exceptional employees with the highest standards of customer service. All Harbor Freight stores are 5 stars worthy and this one is no different.

They just built a store in my town. This is my go-to store for tools and other awesome gadgets I never new I needed. The selections have increased so much its crazy. If your into do-it yourself projects run go check this place out. Rather it's your house or car they've got you.

Overall Good Experience! Most Employees Was Very Helpful, Some Just Directed Me "It's Over There" When asking for Certain Items. I am a coupon shopper and started out at over $575.00 in items, when coupons was applied it went down to $400.10 ! 74 Items purchased!Small Business Owner So We Will Use Every Product Purchased! So Happy I Don't Have To Pay For Shipping Now For Decent Products At A Value Price!Going Into The Store I Didn't Care For The Carousel You have to use to enter. I know it's to detour shoplifting but it's kind of off Putting as the first thing you see!I just now realized that there was no music playing in the store. They should get some kind of music going in there in the background. People would probably purchase more if they put kind of something on it makes you do skip to maloo making you happy to shop!Definitely will be back once the new coupons come out!Everyone at the front counter. It is nice to see smiling faces and willingness to make sure I get to use every one of my coupons and having a great attitude!
