Ingles Market is a pleasant and well-stocked grocery store that caters to the needs of its customers. The store workers are known for their helpfulness and the selection of items is more than adequate. However, the requirement to fill out information for a shopper's card to receive discounts has been a minor inconvenience for some customers.
The bakery staff has been praised for their exceptional service, particularly in accommodating last-minute cake orders for special occasions. Customers have highlighted the freshness of the produce, the quality of the bakery items, and the convenience of the in-store Starbucks.
Overall, Ingles Market is regarded as a great place to shop, with a responsive management team that listens to customer feedback. The store is known for its ability to special order items that may not be in stock, ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience.
Wonderful, clean, wide isles, great deli with seating, Starbucks with great seating, lovely floral shop. Many of the regular employees have been there a long time so you can get to know them. Best pharmacy folks in town.
