Other places quoted me hundreds of dollars, but Willis got it fixed up very affordably and cleaned the ring way better than the previous business. The engagement went perfectly and now over a year later, we got the engagement ring cleaned. We got home with it and noticed two tiny diamonds had fallen out. PURE PANIC days before the wedding. We went back to Willis and they found the two diamonds in the bottom of the cleaning tray, fixed the ring, and made sure no other diamonds were loose and sent us on our way!
