Let me tell y'all some real truth. If you are spending money for car repairs anywhere else besides here at Joel's, you are THROWING your money down the drain. Joel and his team replaced my vacuum pump for my 2017 Chevy Malibu. Done the job perfectly and very, please HEAR me! Very reasonably priced. They were kind and honest and fair. Wished I had known about this Gem of an auto repair shop before now. But, that's OK. I know now and they have a customer for life!! If you go somewhere else you can't say you didn't know. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

He put a spare shop bolt on my motor mount that didn't fix anything then tells me to check the bolts on my strut because the problem is still there. Like that's exactly what I paid you to do? Doesn't make sense, you charge $80 for a redundant bolt and some advice.
Come to find it was the other motor mount, a very simple diagnosis. Just low effort and a slap in the face to be honest.

Once again Joel did a great job keeping his word and giving a very fair price to get one of our cars working well again. We brought our own parts (coils & spark plugs) and he did the labor quickly as promised. Even drove my adult son to the nearby parts store to exchange one coil that turned out to be a bad part) -- and that was when they should've gone to lunch but rather than make us hang around & wait they took care of it promptly! Then they wouldn't even take a tip :( Joel & crew have a great sense of fairness, kindness & compassion, and knowledge to get the job done right.
I previously got my brakes sorted out by them when I was about to hit the road on a 500 mile trip & things weren't right after a different guy - friend of the family - did work. They understood the urgency & got it done fast & great price. I decided then they have my loyalty!
I sure appreciate him and his crew! Our son's Prius with nearly 300k miles on it is purring like a kitten again. Will soon bring it back for some body work too!
