My boyfriend and I popped into Kay’s to look at rings since we were in the area. A little hesitant because we had previously been to a different location and we did not have a good experience at all. We explained that we were just looking to get ideas and not intending to make a purchase that day, unfortunately that salesman did not understand that and was incredibly pushy to just make a sale. But I came here to say that our saleswoman, Rena at the Carrollton location was nothing short of AMAZING. She explained so much to us that I did not even know I needed to know/look for in a ring. She never once made either of us feel pressured or guilty for coming in to just browse and find out information. From women’s rings to men’s rings, she even created a wishlist for the both of us for when the time is right. Rena was patient and answered all our questions, she continued to show us multiple styles, cuts, metals until we could decide what we liked - Even explaining the customization options that are on their website if we choose to go that route. I highly recommend shopping at this location, specifically with the help from Rena :) We cannot wait to see her again for our purchases!

I am so so angry. My beautiful ring is in fairy land somewhere. Who knows. As I'm reading the liability, limitation I see that they're only required to pay me $1400 for a $7000 ring. At this point we can only say it is in limbo. Brought in on the 13th and today is the sixth of the following month. I had to pick up date of two days ago on the fourth. They never bothered to call and follow up. several times we were told the same thing not ready yet. Call back in 2 days. So today I called and demanded that they speak to the repair shop and find out what is wrong with my ring. It's a simple diamond replacement on a baguette. Should be simple for a huge nationally known jeweler. The repairer Tells Kay that they're waiting on a baguette from home office that they've already ordered the baguette. So I just have to wait.... well how long. Tell me something or return my ring!!!!! "It just hasn't come in yet" how much do you guys want to bet that to Kay jewelers home office didn't even know about this until this week when I started calling about my ring. But honestly, even if they stole it "there not responsible, they only pay me back $1400. I'm so done with the store I will never ever ever use that store again. Bottom line if your gut feels like mine when they start talking to you.... RUN WITH YOUR ITEMS. THERE ARE PLENTLY OF OTHER KAYS TO DEAL WITH. I am so heartbroken.

Today my fiancé and I went in to get my wedding ring and both Kristen and Scott were absolutely amazing! They helped us go through all of our options on what we can do and helped us purchase that ring today. While Kristen was getting us checked out, Scott cleaned my engagement ring in no time. It is super shiny and perfect for our big day in just 2 weeks!! This was my 3rd time in their store and they are always so welcoming and smiling and actually show they care about helping you with whatever your needs are! We will most definitely be back for further jewelry purchases. Thank you so much Kristen and Scott. You both are amazing, very kind people!

Took my ring in for the 6month inspection to keep my warranty the guy stated he inspected the ring and cleaned it took him maybe 3 minutes because he indeed did not inspect the ring but he did dashed it around in water and LOST 2 of the stones and gave it back. When I advised 2 stones were missing he said he would have them repaired I asked did he take pictures and inspect the ring of course he said yes but unfortunately he did not. I hate that the rings are so expensive yet such poor quality and I absolutely hate being lied to. I have worn this ring maybe 20 times and this is the 3rd stone that has had to be repaired. He was a nice guy guy tho.Called customer service and they also confirmed no inspection was documented so if I don’t get it back in my warranty will be voided because they have no record of me bringing it in

Eric was so helpful and knowledgeable during my visit to Kay! He made the in store experience smooth and easy. I highly recommend Eric and appreciate the 5 star experience I had! Eric does a wonderful job and deserves a raise!

A huge thank you to Scott. I had a bit of a scare that my engagement ring purchased from a different jeweler had fake diamonds. Scott was more than willing to inspect it (and even cleaned it!) for me, free of charge. We look forward to doing business with Kay Jewelers in the future.

I love this store. SCOTT is always so helpful. Does whatever he can for the customer. I purchased several pieces of jewelry that day. Kristen was a Gem. I recommend her for a raise. I encourage anyone in the mood for your next jewelry purchase to stop bye. Tell them I sent you in for my customer special vip treatment.They even loaned me a charger for my phone.
