The only issue I've ever had was having to wait a while for medication to come in, but that's a supply and demand issue. I've never had an issue with communication, and the employees are always friendly. The automated system to check on rx status is super easy to follow.

I get nothing but excellent service from the Pharmacy employees who always go above and beyond for me to get my medications approved by my insurance fast and they fill my prescriptions on time and promptly.

I’m so sorry to hear of all the rudeness but I seem to work well with this team they’re friendly they’re caring. They know me. I also care about them too. It’s a two-way street Kroger. Thank you for being there.

If I could give this pharmacy less than 1 star I would. This pharmacy will hold your prescriptions for days and never call and/or try to resolve the issue. Customer Service would go along way here, but I honestly doubt if anyone at this store cares. Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE service at this store, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

After reading the other reviews I feel vindicated in writing this review. The staff are friendly BUT they will tell you your prescriptions are ready for pickup and then when you show up the rude lady pharmacist will not release them and tells you that you have to come back. I literally had her refuse to release my prescriptions 3 months in a row. She told me that even though my prescriptions are ready she can't release them for another 12 hours...what ? I'm driving 30 mins to get there. I'm spending more in gas on return trips than on the medication. Don't plan on grocery shopping and getting your meds on the same day. I understand regulations but not releasing a much needed medication when the patient has ran out and it's less than 24 hrs after the refill date is just ridiculous. Plus many of us travel and can't just roll into the pharmacy because she wants them to wait 12 more hrs. I've had to have a prescription transferred to another state because she wouldn't let it go and I was literally on a plane the following day without my medication. Petty and Pathetic.

Love Kroger as a grocery store. I have been disappointed in the men's restroom the last few times I have shopped there. Men's restroom has a sign to notify a Kroger associate if the restroom needs attention. I notified an associate in the produce area that the restroom was really dirty. I later went back just to see if the restroom was cleaned and was disappointed to see nothing was done. It was filthy. Completely unsanitary. I guess it's a store pride thing but restrooms are used by young and old. This is embarrassing for such a great grocery store.

This is the worst pharmacy in Carrollton. If you live close, it’s worth the drive to go somewhere else. All the reviews you see on here are true! Tonight was my last visit there.

This is the slowest and least efficient pharmacy ever!They need new management and a better workflow!And the male pharmacist that was working on 11/18/22 should not be allowed to work a customer service related job!

It takes nearly 3 DAYS to fill my prescription each time. On top of that Mrs. Susan is literally the most rude person I've ever encountered minus the guests at my own work place.
