The grooming service receives high praise, with groomers described as sweet, caring, and handling pets like pros, making it a highly recommended destination for nail trims and grooming. A self-serve dog wash is also available in house. While the store is awesome with great service, one noted hiccup is that a specific aisle can sometimes be disorganized. Everyone there is very helpful, friendly and professional. I was not the only customer in the store but every single employee made me feel like I was. That is excellent customer service!

I have always had a good experience with the staff! This is the only place I take my dog to get groomed—she was a shelter dog and right after adoption I took her here to get groomed. We have been hooked ever since. 10/10 recommend this store.
