Love Kroger as a grocery store. I have been disappointed in the men's restroom the last few times I have shopped there. Men's restroom has a sign to notify a Kroger associate if the restroom needs attention. I notified an associate in the produce area that the restroom was really dirty. I later went back just to see if the restroom was cleaned and was disappointed to see nothing was done. It was filthy. Completely unsanitary. I guess it's a store pride thing but restrooms are used by young and old. This is embarrassing for such a great grocery store.

Couldn't find brand name puff pastry or any store brand. Had to go to Publix to complete my purchase.

Probably my least favorite grocery shopping experience in Carrollton, but they are the only one with gas and fuel points to earn for grocery shopping so I grin and bear it. Some pluses are the sushi and Starbucks. I know they are short staffed like a lot of people but they rarely have enough registers open.

I will never shop at Kroger again. I found out that they are taking away health benefits to their unvaccinated employees and making them pay $50 more per month for their health insurance. This is still the United States of America and we have the choice to do with our bodies as WE see fit. It is not up to a few little elites at the Corp Office to decide what should go into their employees bodies. I'm shopping. At Ingles from now on. Good bye Kroger.

Umm no. This Kroger is a PITA from parking to check out. Produce & Meat are inferior. Publix for me--WAY better Produce & Meat.

We have spent thousands of dollars at this store, but their chain has stopped selling "MyPillow" for political reasons. Instead of just selling groceries, the genius owners of Kroger want to play God with our lives. They are blatantly saying they are a democratic business that wants to cancel free speech. They don't care about 75 million people's lives and opinions. We will NEVER shop at a Kroger again and there are millions of people that won't either. You cannot control us. There are other grocery stores that stay out of politics. I am a veteran and I love my country. We are the UNITED States of America! These people are tearing us apart.

RE: Click 'n Pick Diaz placed my groceries in the back of my car. He was pleasant, efficient, kind, & respectful. He seemed to be doing his work because he took pride in it & cared for customers. He was extra careful with eggs & bread. Think he will be a good leader in the future!

Would have liked to give a better star rating, since the cashier was so friendly. Unfortunately, the shopping trip was miserable due to the loud and obnoxious music over the speaker. The music was so loud that we could not even discuss which food options we wanted to buy. It was so unbearable that we had to leave without finishing our shopping because it was causing us both a headache to listen to it. I tried to call a manger but without any response.

Absolutely belittling customer service in the pharmacy. The entire staff needs to be replaced. Unprofessional and belligerent. Unbelievable. I am still in shock and will make sure corporate is aware of the situation. Reading previous reviews, I find I am not the only one who has been treated so poorly ... the list is quite long.

This place was a savior for us in our Airbnb in Carrollton, as we wanted to cook several feasts and weren't sure how the grocery situation was going to be like.Kroger's was huge and had pretty much everything that we were looking for-it's reminiscent of a Wal-Mart and Safeway. When we checked out, the cashier was nice enough to let us use her store card for the discount since we were out of towners.Only peeve- the baggers use way too many plastic bags - he only put one garlic head in a bag. We had to tell him to lessen the bag usage. Lastly, a funny thing we noticed was we wanted to get some peaches since we were in Georgia and they are supposedly known for their peaches. We looked at the sticker on the peach and it said "from California." Guess we weren't too far from home! Unfortunately we missed the Georgia peaches (wherever they were).

This Kroger is horrible! The produce always goes bad after only a couple days, their bakery is trash and I haven't had anything good from it yet. Also there gas station must be playing games because the price will jump up $.20 and then jump back down $.20 in one day. It's ridiculous and I think they just try to make more money from the people using their fuel points.

Today is 4/19, Friday, 11 a.m. and I tried calling the "customer service" extension on the phone 770-832-8932 and no one picked up. I tried calling three times, one time I was disconnected before a person came on, the other two times, the phone rang and rang. Very, very disappointed. If I could talk with the store manager I would tell him about this experience.

I'm giving 3stars because of Mr. Tyler and Ms. Lacey . They were very nice helping me with my prescription. Ms. Javana was very disrespectful. She walked away from me instead of trying to fix the problem that was caused by Kroger IT department . She 's very bad for businesses!

They should let you use temp cards and they keep the same movies for the longest.
