Don't bother with their ATM. It's a piece of garbage that eats money and will crumple whatever bills you feed it then spit it back onto the ground in front of you.

Please do not use regions they don’t even honor their own cashiers check until it clears choose a different bank for your needs trust me I’m switching and their complaints team does nothing about it don’t even waste your time

I have to make deposits for my office every Friday and of course Friday is a busy day; however one would think that being such, they would have more than one teller in the drive thru and one teller open inside. This seems to be par for the course most Fridays. Last Friday I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes.

Why have an ATM if there's never cash in it, or it just is not in service. I drove 20 miles to get here and it has no cash. At 6:05 pm. Not uncommon either. Very similar experiences with the one in Newnan and the one in Sharpsburg.

Only one drive through works..... when you try to a make a deposit at the ATM, and there is only one, it says currently unavailable. Very inconvenient when you work all week and can't make it during business hours. I was looking at all the reviews and it looks like there are a lot of improvements that could be made at this branch

Lately I am guessing it’s because of closed hours I don’t really know but this is the only location close to me now. Just about every time I go to deposit money it says it’s unavailable. what is the point of having a 24 hour atm if it doesn’t do what an atm is supposed to do !

If I could give them a 0, I would. WORST bank I have ever banked with and I’ve been with BOA, Charter Bank, PNC bank, And Chase. They are absolutely NO help at all when it comes to new accounts. They punish you for having a new account. If you open a new account, you are better off not using it for your 1st 60 days, because everything you try to do they put on hold. And they want $25 to close my account before the 60 days are up, WITH the experience that I have had. I’ve been in the bank atleast 4 times with PROBLEMS since I opened my account 20 days ago. If you’re looking for a new bank, DO NOT CHOOSE REGIONS!!!!

I have been banking with Regions for many years and have never had any problems. I currently have two complaints that are real annoying. The first one is that the drive through only has one lane open while the lobby is closed due to the pandemic. The teller told me that the second lane is out of order and the process to repair it would interfere with the main lane functioning. It's still unacceptable and a total inconvenience. It wouldn't be so bad if the was another location in Carrollton but there is not. My second issue is the fact that multiple times over the last several months my paycheck has been put on hold. This only happens when I use the smart phone deposit option on the app. I have to go down there to get it fixed bacause the clown at corporate is telling me that it won't clear for like 10 days! I have always liked Regions but I have seriously considered taking my business to another bank.

Why is there only one lane open in the drive through if the lobby is closed? ALL customers must use the drive through and onlyOne lane? And why are there 3 employees in the drive through lobby but only One of them is actually helping customers? Poor use of staffing.

Currently sitting in 8th position in line for drive up window and they only have ONE window open This is extremely poor customer service.

Atm ask for pin then ask for the pin again and says its incorrect very inconvenient
