Had a u-haul reservation for over a week and showed up to find out the truck that was scheduled for me was never returned. No one was any help and told me I was just out of luck, there were no 15-26 ft trucks within a 60 mile radius. It’s crazy that a company this large can operate like this, be cautious that a reservation doesn’t mean anything.
