0 stars if I could. The customer service was bad . We had to wait for 2 hours yet we never got attended. There was only 1 person in there. Plus the employee was very rude to us. And the store said it closed at 8, however the employee was trying to close by 6.

Went by to get headphone. They are open but door is locked and no one will answer phone. Can’t make money if you don’t have an adequate staff.

Naiomy and John both were amazing. I was in need of a phone and they both helped me tons. I missed TMobile Tuesday but she hooked me up with that as well. I definitely recommend this store.

They may not be able to always get the right answers and be able to satisfy your needs 100% but they do try their best. So far I'm pleased with the service, just waiting to see if they can help me with my new obstacle.

That absolute worse. Salesman was completely unprofessional. Wouldn’t explain anything about what T-Mobile was about their plans and phone offers. When I asked questions he replied rudely. Told me I could now leave the store. Will be contacting regional manager over this.

I came in for a screen replacement, and during my visit I was able to get set up for TVision. Im happy and excited to be saving monthly on cable. The manager Naiomy was so nice and helpful. She told me bout promotions and Im very happy to get a free tablet for my son in time for the holidays.

Poor business etiquette. The employees will judge upon appearance and will not serve you if they feel they will not get any money on the spot. Shameful. Sprint/ T-Mobile should send some secret shoppers in there before they get sued for discrimination. Simply sad. Do not expect customer service if you aren’t purchasing a new top shelf phone. Ignorant because they assume you won’t buy or pay because it’s not a quick flip. Sprint/ T-Mobile should be ashamed. When visiting this establishment, I suggest making sure you know exactly what you owe and don’t owe. Check with the sprint hotline first. The store somehow came up with a charge that 3 other departments, via the hotline, could not find. So much so they were trying to sell me a phone. Not including this charge that only the store is aware of. Question, if a lease is up, doesn’t the lessor collect the goods or require full payment/ the item to be paid off? Yet I was required to do neither. Guess it’s because I’ve already paid it off. Smh and they wonder why I haven’t upgraded.

Karla, Naomi, and Carter were all great helping us out with getting us swapped over and new phones and everything, very happy with the service we got from them.
