I've always said that I never feel more ripped off than leaving the doctors or the mechanics; but Terrell brothers doesn't fit that mold.
I've been twice now with each of my cars and both times the work was done well and professionally. I will continue to use them as my mechanic for as long as I can.

My daughter had an issue with her vehicle and needed help. She ‘s away at school so it was hard to come home for repairs. Called early in the morning and spoke with Wayne . I explained the situation he was very professional and we made plans for my daughter to drop her vehicle off. The vehicle was fixed within hours and at a very fair price. Thanks Wayne for taking care of this in such a timely manner and please thank the technician for me too you guys are awesome!!

I walked in to ask about having some work done on my Ford Truck. I was told they don't work on Ford's and don't do suspension work or Engine work. Ok. Why are You in business?! Or How?! I was Polite as well. The Young Dude there is the one I talked to. He was not rude but seemed like he didn't want to deal with me. Ok.fine.

We’ve used Terrell Brothers for several years now for multiple vehicles. Very clean shop. Great communication. Upfront about everything. And super fast service! Complete auto care whether it’s a General Motors vehicle or other brand, they’ve been able to handle it all so far. Thank you!

I love these guys. They have helped me in a pinch on numerous occasions. I’m newer to Carrollton, it’s always hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I live about 50 yards away from the shop so how lucky can you get ?!One of them had the time and patience to come over TO MY HOUSE to look at my car (the belt had fallen off). He told me to bring it and they put it right back on. Talk about real personal customer service.I could go on, but these guys are top tier in customer service, quality of fix, and honest as all get out. If they can’t fix something, they’ll point you in the right direction to someone who can. This place forever has my business. Thank you , gentlemen!
