“Dwayne and his staff put a new Jasper engine in my 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 in June. I asked them to replace some other things in the engine compartment so it was basically new under the hood. They did a great job and had it done in about 2 days. And Ashley was a pleasure to work with getting my quote, answering any questions I had and going over everything. I feel he’s very fair and trustworthy. I came in thinking I’d just get my tire checked. I left feeling like I made a new best friend, joined a small but elite pit crew, and adopted a new level of trust in humanity.
The new owner is hands down the nicest, most friendly, most talkative (in the best way) person I’ve ever met in an auto shop. This is the kind of person who will explain your tire situation with diagrams, hand gestures, and probably a lighthearted joke, all while making sure you understand what’s actually happening. No shady auto-shop mystery language here. Just honest, straight-up information and actual care.
Not only is he fair and honest, he’s the kind of guy who genuinely wants you safe on the road. He isn’t trying to upsell you on a tire for your tire’s emotional support. He’s trying to make sure you don’t roll into a ditch on the way home. I kept waiting for the catch, and there wasn’t one. Just real goodness.
And the vibe was immaculate. It wasn’t awkward waiting room silence energy. It was you might accidentally stay an extra twenty minutes because the conversation was too good energy. I laughed. I learned things about tires I never thought I’d care about. I may have left knowing more about traction than I do about my own emotions.

They even took the initiative to call me about my anti theft locks on my tires about the key missing and were very upfront and nice. Since there is no Discount Tire in Carrolton and the nearest one is miles away, I chose Roy's tire center. From the phone conversations while pricing my tires, to the great customer service I received, I highly recommend this place. Clean waiting area, almost $100 less than anywhere I priced, and the customer service is beyond what you normally get these days. I cant stress enough, the customer service was well worth the visit.”
