“Heidi is a rockstar on so many levels!!! My shopping experience on yesterday with her during the busy BOGO sale was AMAZING. Not only did she provide great customer service while waiting on others, she also consoled me during my disappointment of 2 main items out of stock upon arrival which were the STRAWBERRY LOST MONKEY and there were no LIONS MANE products to be found in the entire store. Seriously!!!??? I’m not happy purchasing unknown new items I’m not familiar with. However Heidi’s product knowledge led to several purchases and Heidi genuinely loves her job. Good people are hard to find and retention is even more difficult. Give her a raise and show her some extra appreciation because she deserves it. Also let the staff know if there is another location that sells it so I can go there and get what I want.”
