First visit to this Branch since we moved to Carrollton. Used drive through to make a deposit. Celeste was the Bank Teller. I remembered that I did not ask for cash back on my deposit slip and told her saying I will just go to ATM. She said no problem I can take care of it here. She was able to provide me with the cash I wanted at her window. Very nice and professional.

Just went inside for deposit but teller was very helpful...caught a mistake I made and was able to fix ot before entering. Fixable after, had it gone through, but much easier before the problem occurs.

United Community Bank is the best bank in Carrollton! I have used them for many years, now, and the customer service and friendliness of the staff is the absolute best, hands down! I've used other banks, and I usually have just been frustrated with the attitude and unfriendliness of the tellers, and the time spent in line or at the drive-through. I actually enjoy going to UCB!

I’ve got just what I needed Every time I went into the united community bank in Carrollton the managers and tellers are all so courtesy to you needs and helpful in anyway that they can help it’s just a all-around good bank to be banking with.

Our main 2 banks merged and instead of simplifying our lives it was a giant headache. I finally had enough and opened an account here. I don’t think I go in too frequently but they know me or at least pretend they do really well. Always friendly and helpful.

We love United community Bank! We have been banking with them for years and have never been disappointed. The ladies in the lobby and in the drive thru are extraordinarily warm and friendly. They always check in on our children to see how they're doing whether they are with us or not. All of the business that we've had to do with United community Bank has always been clearly explained to us and solutions found. I really appreciate the fact that while they are also extraordinarily warm and friendly they are also very professional. My favorite bank ever.

Whatever new lady they have working at the bank in Carrollton is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional I have been dealing with United community for over 3 years (with no account) and today she gave me issues and when I told her to just give me back my id and check she tried telling me she wasn’t giving it back to me. All I’m saying is she is lucky there’s glass between us. And that is the MAIN reason I never use the Carrollton location. Get rid of her. Short short blonde hair lady.

Spoke with loan officer about construction loan, inntial conversation was good. Communicatted several times on phone and threw text after that. The first disclosure that was sent to me was inncorrect, along with my loan details. At one point the loan officer ask who I was after a month of phone and text conversations. More paper work was done incorrectly which resulted in my loan being turned down by underwritters. I think sense my loan was a smaller amount , they seen me as a # instead of a person. I keep hearing radio commercials about how there bank is a hometown bank, its in my hometown that's about it. Maybe they're good at bank accounts but not loans. I spent 500 dollars for my appraisal and other banks won't use it because its from United. When I cancelled my application, due to the errors and mistakes. I was told I would not get another chance with there bank. And no one else from the bank ask me why I withdrew my application. Its as if they didn't care.

Really friendly service and great benefits for small business accounts! The only complaint I have is that to set up online banking for business accounts you have to talk to someone on the phone.
