This location is an absolute joke and shame at the same time. Scheduled a COVID test through their system, received confirmation and then when I showed up for the appointment, they had me checked in and was asked to wait for someone to perform the test. 5 minutes later, the pharmacist shows up and says that he just realized they had ran out of testing kits and he didn't know when they'd get them again. Even better when he wanted me to go to the clinic next door to be charged $150+ for the same test that costs $19. Bad move!I tried calling them over and over and all I hear is the hold music.How you run out of testing kits and not know it is beyond me. Wasted my day going here and had to budget an additional day out of work to get another test somewhere else.Avoid this place if you want a good service.

Had been to 3-4 pharmacies, no one would help us because they all closed fairly soon. I called this one about an hour and 10 minutes before they closed, the pharmacy associate was very nice, told us exact instructions and that it would be ready for us before close.Great customer service!try your hardest for customers, they could be out of state for a funeral, having to cut the funeral off early for the ER, and getting out so late that no pharmacies are willing to fill that late, and you may never know.I called to let a manager know about my positive experience, hopefully good things come to her!Thank you Walgreens!

I'm able to get my prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time. I'm also able to get a wide range of vaccinations here.

Terrible parking, terrible customer service, will not take calls. And apparently, according to their voicemail only open 8AM - 10AM. Due to the reviews, this branch needs new management or to be closed.

It's a Walgreens but staff are nice. Great place for quick photo printing.

Went to get my booster. Made an appointment and was told to come back in 30-45minutes since they didn’t defrost the actual vaccine. Oh and they refused to give a vaccination for something else I requested. AND they had me complete a medical history form and left it in front of a random customer totally violating my HIPPA rights. Super bad experience here.

the clown with the nose ring that works in the pharmacy needs to get fired and have her license revoked, if she even really has one. i’m a more qualified pharmacist than her, she had no idea what she’s talking about i wouldn’t be surprised if she’s helping herself to some of the medications.

I had my wife call for our son’s prescription. She was told the medication would be filled in 15 mins. They had since 2-3pm to get it filled and they had half a day! I go to get the meds only to find out they wouldn’t have it ready until the next day. According to other reviews, lots of people have had this problem. Unbelievable!

This Walgreens has been a mess for awhile, but this morning they weren’t even open. I pulled into the drive thru at 730 and 750 and the ‘no pharmacist on duty sign’ was up. Posted hours state it opens at 7.

It's to bad this thing doesn't let you leave a zero and I have debated on even putting a review, but I come from a small town in NC where I am use to everyone in the pharmacy being polite and speaking and not making you feel like your a bother to them, but since moving to GA I had considered completely switching pharmacies because they are extremely rude. You can never get anyone on the phone. And when you actually go to pick up a prescription I think I have encountered ter maybe 2 people who didn't act like you was a bother the techs are rude slamming your stuff on the counter or throwing it in a bag and just walking off. I honestly feel for people who have to come often. Being kind is honestly not to much to ask but I understand why this place a 2 star rating.

My last update for this review. It is now 10/31/2022 @ 12:27 pm. We still haven't received my grandsons medication. They didn't even bother to call and say anything about it. Like, we don't have this in stock, would you like to try a different pharmacy. Anything would have been better than not being notified in any way.Yes, my daughter called the pharmacy. She went through the whole process of getting through to the pharmacist. She could never get through to them. They had the prescription. They just never bothered to fill it. ?Update 2 - It's 10/7/2022 @ 12:42 pm. We still don't have our grandsons prescription. If you use this pharmacy it's a gamble on if you will actually receive your prescription. The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to.Update - It's 10/3/2022 @ 6:23 pm and we still don't have his medication. I'm certainly glad it wasn't something that would kill him.I took my Grandson to the Urgent Care on the morning of 10/1/2022. He was diagnosed with with Type A Flu. The doctor called his prescription in to the Walgreens in Carrollton, GA. It is now 10/2/2022 5:27 pm and we still haven't gotten his prescription. I told my daughter she needs to change pharmacies. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I had a prescription called in but it was out of stock when I went to pick it up. Two weeks later, I still had not heard about my prescription, so I called the pharmacy and here is where it went downhill:1. I was on hold for 35 minutes.2. Walgreens decided to not fill my prescription because it was expensive.3. Nobody called and notified me of #2.4. When I made the pharmacy tech aware of #3, her response was, "Ma'am nobody gets prescriptions filled for this much money. We will order the medicine and be stuck with it because you aren't coming to pick it up". I asked her why didn't someone call me to ask BEFORE making this decision on my behalf. Her response, Do you want the medicine or not?" No apology for the lack of communication on Walgreens behalf or her attitude.I immediately called the corporate office to share my experience. A few days later I received call from the store manager who stated that she was calling about my complaint of not having my prescription filled. I immediately corrected her to say that it's not so much about that but more about the lack of communication and customer service around my prescription not being filled. I proceeded to tell her what happened and before I could get done, she interrupted me to explain why they "can't call every patient that they don't fill a prescription for because it would just be too much work..." Her tone was nasty and she never let me finish my complaint because she seemed more interested in getting loud and arguing with me than listening.I have called corporate with a second complaint on the manager.This location has a low Google review rating for a reason. Coniser getting your prescriptions filled at one of the several local pharmacies within walking distance of this place. The experience is much friendlier.
