Excellent pharmacy service. The store is clean and employees are so friendly. One of the best Walmarts so far.

The employees are friendly and extremely helpful. They go way above and beyond to help people with any questions that they may have. Thank you to each one in the pharmacy that has been truly helpful to me and my husband.

We just transitioned to Walmart for cost purposes & they had given good service in the past on 1 med had gotten from there every 3 months. My husband & I both have Covid. He also has the flu. I also have strep. At Urgent Care we were told not to go inside to pick up meds. So we were sure Walmart wd take care of us by delivering to parking lot. My husband called. They said just use a mask & come in. SO THEY ADVERTISE GOOD SERVICE, BUT FOR THE SAKE OF THE PANDEMIC & THE WELL-BEING OF CUSTOMERS, THEY DO NOT CARE?!!!REGRET MOVING PRESCRIPTIONS LAST WEEK. THINK WILL MOVE BACK.

I will be switching pharmacys. I was ask Karen for help because I'm not on insurance to make sure I could afford all my medicine. When I told her I would be switching pharmacys she said good. I've been with this pharmacy for years. Customer service sucks here.

The employees here go above and beyond to help the customer. Karen and Leigh Ann worked very hard to make sure that I had gotten the best price for my monthly maintenance medication. This is a very busy pharmacy so I was amazed at the amount of time that they spent to help me. In this day and age it is hard to find employees who truly care about the customer. Thanks Karen and Leigh Ann and thanks Walmart.

The website hours are not updated. I had to wait till following day to get my medication because they closed 3 hours earlier than what the website said. I would have been there sooner had I known they were closing at 6pm instead of 9pm as shown on website.

The Wal-Mart pharmacy took it upon themselves to change a prescription I had dropped off from my dentist for Tylenol 3's. Wal-Mart didn't notify me that they flagged my prescription and changed it... I didn't have any other prescriptions available on file for them to merit a prescription change. I just had a tooth pulled and I was in incredible pain. They changed my prescription to Ibuprofen 800mgs... are you serious?1 - if I wanted ibuprofen after having a tooth yanked out of my head, I could have just bought ibuprofen OTC. And 2... ibuprofen, seriously? What a joke! The Wal-Mart pharmacists tried to play the blame game on my dentist. My dentist was adamant about not changing any of my prescriptions. And Wal-Mart refused to give me back the prescription to get it filled elsewhere. They already "deleted" the prescription from their computers. So, because of Wal-Mart, I had to endure severe pain. Thanks a lot for the heads up Wal-Mart... I mean, everyone knows ibuprofen is a top of the line pain killer that everyone raves about. People with bone fractures, severe back pain and even cancer patients say ibuprofen is the best pain killer around. NOT.Get it together and quit lying to patients who are in actual pain.

I would have to say the Carrollton Walmart and the pharmacy is a whole lot better and a whole lot cleaner and the people there are more professional and caring maybe the other Walmarts in the area like Villa Rica and Bremen should learn from them.

They used to be great. The new crew is awful. When they make a mistake they don’t own up to it and blame the customer, the doctor and the insurance. They refused to give me my test strips because they said the insurance denied because it doesn’t show that I test 4 times a day so I called my insurance. Walmart told my insurance something totally different. Said that I used them all, then changed their story and said the doctor only prescribed 100 not 150. All lies. I have MyChart. I can see the prescription there .I can see the quantity and the description of how often to test there. I gave up fighting it since I’m having a csection Monday. Otherwise I’d make darn sure they gave them to me. Their excuse is pay out of pocket always. Ummm no. I’m FULLY covered. Taking my business to CVS.

Since covid19 and the bring it to the car service is nice especially when like me taking care of a person who meds go to Wal-Mart and I can just park, call, and they bring it to me. The only thing I hope they will change about this is allowing people to pay by phone for meds and then allowing someone to pick up meds for person cause i don't like having someone elses card on me and sometimes the person that I get meds for may want a receipt for meds on ur card. You know what I am referring to if u have used the curve side service for walmart pharmacy. Maybe they will fix issues with the paying issue of service other than that they are always nice and pretty fast.
