I usually don’t leave reviews, but I left this store feeling genuinely hurt and belittled.
I’m a 23-year-old Black woman, and I went in with my white friend to purchase a simple Cutwater. I immediately presented my valid government-issued ID (the vertical one issued before 21), as I always do. The man behind the counter, who appeared to be the owner or manager, told me my ID “wouldn’t be accepted at other stores or restaurants” and that “police might not even take it.” That is entirely false and unnecessary to say—my ID is valid, legal, and has never been a problem.
Then, after showing my ID, he questioned whether the debit card I pulled out was mine and asked, “This card is yours, right? Not someone else’s?” even though my name clearly matched my ID. Meanwhile, my white friend was never asked for his ID or card at all—even though we were standing right next to each other and were obviously together.
It felt dirty. Humiliating. Degrading. Like I was being targeted and treated with suspicion for no reason beyond the color of my skin.
As a woman of color, it’s deeply disappointing and painful to experience this kind of bias—especially from another person of color. I was respectful and calm, but left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. This kind of treatment may seem small to some, but it speaks volumes when you live through it.
I will not be returning—and I hope this review encourages this store to take a closer look at how they treat their customers. We all deserve dignity and fairness, regardless of race, gender, or anything else.

I did a door dash and the store canceled my order without even notifying door dash let alone myself . Freaking ridiculous!!!!!!!!! Very very very very poor service and calling the store speaking to the international owners sucked as well

Clean store, and it was easy to get in and out of quickly. Prices are reasonable, staff was very nice.

Called at about 8:30pm to check if they had an item. Girl said I will check. Never returned to phone. I hung up and called back several times to hear the busy digital. Lazy b. Palm coast Florida store.
