I love that it’s open 24/7 and a very convenient location for me. Isabella helped me get set up when I first joined, and she was such a sweetheart!
The gym is definitely on the smaller side but has everything I need & it’s always so clean. Definitely happy I joined. I do wish they had longer staffed hours so I could bring a friend/family member more often.

I have wanted to join a gym for over 10 years but felt too overwhelmed and insecure. I finally got the courage and I'm so glad I did. I got a nutrition and gym consultation. I also have been going to the Saturday morning group fitness class. I love it! I've made a few friends which is great for me because I'm not from here and I work from home. The trainers are amazing. I love Brenda and Grace! I feel comfortable and safe at the gym which is important because I go at night sometimes. I never thought I'd say I love going to the gym, but I'm enjoying this new journey!

My husband has been training here for a long time and finally convinced me to sign up too. And Im so glad I did! The staff is SO friendly and made me and my family feel so welcome!!
The gym itself is decently sized and very clean with plenty of amenities.

The gym is nice, its nice theyre open 24/7 so its flexible, i loved the gym. I paid for a trainer, however, and a week or two after our once a week training sessions she went on vacation for a week or longer and never scheduled to train me again despite me paying for her weekly. Because of that, I attempted to cancel my contract as it wasnt being fufilled for over a month so I no longer wanted to pay for a trainer that wasnt ever meeting with me. I was told, dispite that, that i would have to pay my full contract off or be sent to collections. If you go to this gym DO NOT GET A TRAINER NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY. They will not meet with you and they will not allow you to drop the trainer. 2 stars because the gym itself is very nice, however i owe money for services i never received.

I used to go to this gym until I moved , very clean gym, staff members really care about the quality of the gym and the clients comfortable environment , really one the best gyms I trained in won’t find any place like this.
