Unloading is quick and easy make sure you park in gravel lot then walk in to the receiving office do not show up late it's a 205.35 dollar late fee

Nice and fast. Arrived at 1pm for 3pm appt. Out at 2:30pm.
Americold sign at entrance. Drive straight in and park in gravel lot to your left. Office right in front of where you parked. Only 2 other trucks were here.

Appointment 1030 arrival 0900 departure 1100. Overnight parking in the driveway. Upon arrival, park to the left in the gravel lot. Check in, they’ll give you a door. Someone will come out and tell you you’re loaded, close your doors and get paperwork. I do wish they offered overnight parking inside but can’t complain parking outside.

PRECOOL PRECOOL PRECOOL!!!!!!! in and out within an hour. Decent sized gravel lot to wait. Vending available but unsure about bathrooms. Will load early but stops loading @1500. 250 late fee. Will not release bills for Ice cream until temp of -10f is reached. If not precooled you will be charged late fee. 25 ton bridge at exit so be aware.

Very friendly folks here, normally very quick, but last time I came, they were a little backed up. It wasn't a problem as it gave me time to catch up on paperwork and clean the truck. I was still loaded and on my way within 3 hours. Look forward to the next load here

Got me in and out of there and about an hour and 15 minutes don’t be late or they will charge you $205 for being late to your appointment the only downfall

This place is awesome. I usually get there right when the guard opens the gate around 6am. I pull in park and wait for office to open. Go in get my door, usually 1st one to back in. Within the hour I am done got papers and gone. I always deliver blue bunny ice cream. Really nice folks.
