I signed up for internet, phone service and Direct TV on Dec 4,2024. I was told that after paying for the internet for 6 months I would receive a gift card for the 6 months of internet. I spoke to the local office several times, 611 customer service , AT&T rewards center and the local office and 611 said I qualified for the gift card however the rewards center said I did not so I called AT&T corporate office( the rep and his supervisor ) both said I qualified for the promotion and tried to get the rewards center to issue me the gift card and they refused. In my experience they did not do what was promised. I will use another provider.

Brandon is an absolutely fantastic associate. I made the switch from Verizon to AT&T. Brandon made sure that I got the exact phone I wanted and helped us get any discounts or offers that were available. My bill is actually now about $30 lower with a brand new phone!

This has been a terrible experience I went to this att store in Cartersville because while riding my motorcycle my phones feel out of my pocket I was a customer of tmobile and they didn't have a promotion so I went across street to att i sign up get free phone but they couldn't get my contacts to switch on after signing up for free phone and 75 dollar a mth phone bill employee hands phone back to me says take to another phone repair shop see if they can figure out problem I thank him and leave 4 days later I get a bill 150 after paying 70 at att store ,I go back to att and guys Im told to bad, I've been to 3 att store to try to resolve only one store has tried to help that's att in Marrieta Ga. but said they weren't a corporate store I needed to go there corporate store sends me back to cartersville att store and they don't care manager sticks me with bill no help this has been a nightmare that costing me 1000 I would not suggest anyone to ever do business at Cartersville Ga. Att store ps that's a -1on star

I’ve been a long customer with AT&T . Having multiple lines for over 15+ years! A huge advocate for them, only to have the manager Jordan make my gf and her mom feel belittled and uncomfortable the whole time ! Making unwanted comments and gestures that made her feel like she wanted to leave and was very upset to the point of crying! He kept asking uncalled questions about where she worked and all over her personal space and wanted to say I’m just playing around . We’re customers not anything else stay professional!! Very tempted to go elsewhere to the point where Shamika and Chris (higher ups) are handling this! Will not be going here again with him there !! Made them feel very discriminated with their actions!!!
