“Let me first share That this is my location for auto purchases. My first time in 2021 was fantastic and now a this is a second time purchasing a car from this Cartersville location. Note- I have to drive over an hour and a half just to get there and they did not disappoint on this second visit either! The salesman Jamal is truly a professional, very knowledgeable about the car, models, features accessories, etc. he heard what my needs were, had the auto we wanted to look at prepared for us when we pulled up. Inside we chatted and heard my goals and he connected us with the next person who came to talk to us, introduced as Juan. He provided us options, and opportunity to look at older and newer to help me get to my goals. There was no pressure to buy from either, and both were sensitive and supportive whether I decided to purchase or not. Gave me time on site to determine what is best for me and my family. In the end I did of course purchase!! And Jamal help set up my phone & showed me all the features again inside, things that I didn’t even know the car could do. As I drove away, pleased with my experience and my purchase- my ride was so very smooth!! They have earned my continued business, as well as referrals to friends and family. Thank you to Jamal, Juan and the gentleman in finance with the “easy press” button- (I think his name was Harvey) please charge it to my head and not my heart cause you were also so very kind. I Appreciated you ALL ending my night on a great note! -”

“Absolutely the best service and value! They did an alignment for me after I rebuilt the front-end of my 91 GMC truck. Great job! A few months later, something felt off and steering got squirrely above 50mph. They checked it over on the rack and found a tire ply separation. Excellent price on a couple tires then rechecked the alignment. Only charged me for the tires. This is quality customer service and left me feeling valued!”
“Kinda confused about the few bad reviews. People not wanting to pay for tires being plugged and people not coming back to give them a chance to address issues. I had been having issues with what I thought was 1 tire but ended up needing all 4. I saw all the good reviews and chose to come here. It was 8:30am on a weekday, but as soon as I pulled up they were at my car asking how they could help. He recommended getting new tired instead of used- which only cost me $420 (tax included). They were friendly and I was out of there before 9am. I've never spent less than 600 dollars on new tires. The price was great, they got the job done in record timing, and they were kind and respectful. I have had many issues having things done on my car in the past, but I would recommend this place to anyone.”
“Lots of used cars, trucks, whatever you were looking for. Outside was very clean and organized. Each row was numbered, and the desk service was great. You were to straight to cars you were looking for to see if they had what you needed. If you find what you need, you take it off ( you had to bring your own tools), bring the part to customer service, and pay for it. They also provided a small wheelbarrow for you to put the parts in.”

“The entire staff is informed and helpful. The tech installing my tires has worked there 20+ years. It seems everyone else there must be related. They seem happy to be working together and actually like their jobs. When was the last time you observed that? Melissa took the time to help me research tires and make an informed purchase. They have good prices (everything is EXPENSIVE these days), quality and helpful service, professional demeanor, knowledgeable and polite techs, clean facilities… What more could they even offer?”

Just try for yourself and see for instance, today I called several different tire places to inquire about having four brand new tires that I bought put on one place is extremely saying $75 per tire but I laughed at them, good old Fowler Tire said about 20 bucks apiece that’s what it’s all about man all this gouging people trying to jump on the inflation bandwagon that supporting our country ruin small businesses like Fowler Tire that’s what American needs”

“I had the absolute best experience recently at City Muffler.
In order to not miss work I needed a small repair done same-day. After driving to 4 local shops it was recommended to me (by Robbie of Robbie’s Auto Repair in Dallas, GA) that I drive over to City Muffler.
Upon arrival I was immediately met by a fellow named Pickle who simply asked for the keys to my truck and then drove it straight into the lift. I was out the door in 20 minutes with the best price possible!

“So my fiancé went here and got his transmission rebuilt for a Chevy 2010 truck. He also had something done to the rear main (which you have to take the engine out to do anyways) the price was unbelievably reasonable! 3500 dollars and the truck was done in four days! I took my car there and I knew exactly what I needed. They were super honest good ole boys. They (obviously specialize in the transmission area) but they are able to do whatever, they actually communicate with you and have very good manners. If any mechanic is looking for work , ide recommend this place, I feel like it will be booming very soon. As for clientele, I recommend this mechanic shop to anyone looking for an honest mechanic!”
“Had some shotty work done prior to a trip leading to an engine failure from another shop. Nolan was honest all the way through and was able to come up with a price that was not matched even close anywhere else. He noticed some other issues and went ahead to make the ride safer repaired an engine mount that I wasn’t aware about and didn’t charge. This is hands down the best shop I’ve had to go to.
