Not only does this shop have affordable pricing but prioritizes what’s important for you and your car. Tony one of the workers has helped me tremendously with my car. I can’t thank him enough for walking me through the steps of what needs to be done along side making me feel safe pulling out of the shop knowing my car is fixed. Answers my questions and explains to me what the issue is with my car. Tony has to be one of the best workers in the shop in my opinion. “In late October, while on my way to work, I was driving on I-75 when a tire tread from an 18-wheeler in the left lane hit the right side of my vehicle's front bumper, causing damage. I contacted my insurance company, who recommended a specific location that wanted to keep my vehicle for over a month. I was distraught, disappointed, and frustrated, but someone suggested I try Collision Restoration. I met with Frank, the business owner, and explained my situation. He explained the repair process in detail and provided a written quote based on a visual inspection. We agreed on the price and timeline for the work to be completed: one week. The level of customer service and artistry I received exceeded my expectations. I needed a ride back from Enterprise Rental, and Leah offered to pick me up so I wouldn't have to wait for an Uber. “The handle on the passenger side door of my Ford Expedition had broken. I purchased a new one from the Ford dealership in Cartersville and asked about labor charges there and I believe Pam quoted $150 hour labor (if not this price it was very close). I called Roger at Matthews auto body because a friend had used them before. Roger called within two hours of me dropping it off and said the car was ready. They charged me $50 for the labor - I stood there and asked him why it was so cheap (I was expecting $200-300 charges) and he said the labor charge for the repair was only an hour and that is their rate. I guess I'm so used to being ripped off at dealerships I don't know how to respond to honest people anymore.Service: Body & Trim”

I did some quick shopping Dollar Tree at the plaza next door and got a text that my car was ready as I was walking back.
