“This is the 2nd time I have used Gerber Collision in Cartersille. Once after hitting a deer and few years ago & recently due to being rear-ended. They were so helpful, handled everything with professionalism, right down to securing my rental car pick up and return. I was very impressed that the turn around on the repairs were just over 1 week. Fernando Rodriquez was the estimator and he explained everything in detail and touched base with us giving us updates on the car several times during the week when they had my car. The young lady at the desk (who I have to apolgize I cannot recall her name) was very pleasant and made the process of drop off/pick up and dealing with insurances very easy! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with any of your car repair needs! Top notch customer service from start to finish!”

“The handle on the passenger side door of my Ford Expedition had broken. I purchased a new one from the Ford dealership in Cartersville and asked about labor charges there and I believe Pam quoted $150 hour labor (if not this price it was very close). I called Roger at Matthews auto body because a friend had used them before. Roger called within two hours of me dropping it off and said the car was ready. They charged me $50 for the labor - I stood there and asked him why it was so cheap (I was expecting $200-300 charges) and he said the labor charge for the repair was only an hour and that is their rate. I guess I'm so used to being ripped off at dealerships I don't know how to respond to honest people anymore.Service: Body & Trim”
“Great service, from the 5 am phone call to the polite dispatcher who had all of my information in 3 minutes and a heavy duty wrecker to the scene in 30 minutes. Had a bobtail semi towed 70 miles and I was charged a very fair price. The tow truck operator who I also spoke on the phone with was great.”
“I don't leave reviews very often but the service my wife and I received was beyond exceptional. Nearly 2 years after having safelite replace our windshield I noticed the trim was loose along the edges of the window. Wasn't expecting much when I called safelite about it since it had been so long but they did not even hesitate to schedule someone to come out and address the issue at no charge! I didn't even have to raise my voice or anything. They just did it! Businesses, especially larger international businesses, just don't do that anymore. Thank you guys for doing such a great job and standing behind the work you do!”
