The Regional Manager contact me.
I let him know everything that happen.
And he listened.
Then He let me know he wanted to know what he could do to make it right.
He let me know he would have one of his Service Techs. come to look at my car.
The Service Tech. Stewart came out to look at my car that same day.
I let him know all my Concerns and he listened.
He got to work quick and got everything fixed that was wrong.
I just wanted to thank BOTH of them for helping me get my car fixed correctly.

I got my Car back
They Replaced my Tail light.
It look like they did try to fix my Back window better.
But I was putting all my stuff back in the trunk.
I just seen they didn't put the screw back in on the back spoiler of my trunk Hatchback.
So now when I open the Hatch back trunk area it pop and Click really loud.
They didn't put it back on Correctly.
Now I have to pay a new body shop to fix it for me.
I should not have to pay another company to fix it.
Caliber Collision was supposed to fix it right.
Unfortunately they didn't.
I called to talk to Someone in there Corporate office.
I left a Vm.
Someone called me back but she let me Know The person I needed to talk to was on Vacation and was supposed to call me back when they came back from Vacation.
This happen 2 times its Been about 3 weeks No one still has called me back.
I just wanted to share my Full Experience with you guys.

Hello I am Very Unhappy with The Service and CSR I received.
I Spoke to Eddie the Manager and he made me feel like it was my Fault bc All the work wasn't done Correctly on my car.

The Tail light was Cracked when I picked it up and it was supposed to be a New Tail light.

And the Back window Glass wasnt put back on Correctly.

It has a large seam in it that water would get through when it Rain outside quick.

I let Eddie the Manager know my Concerns and he treated me like it wasn't important.
He said I could drive it.
I let him know I am not taking possession of the car untill it is done completely.
He treated my car like it wasn't important bc it is a 2006 Pontiac Torrent.
I have always taken good care of my car.
Just bc it is old don't mean it shouldn't be fixed right.
I am so unhappy right now.
They had me the the day off to pick up my Car and they knew it wasn't fixed completely.
But they charged full price.

Eddie let me know they supposed to fix it and he would contact me when they did.
But the way he treated me he act like he was the Victim.
But I really am.
I seen on Google this Company gas good reviews and I was referred.
I cant Believe how I was treated.
