Absolutely rude and nasty human being! I’m not even a customer or nothing but experiencing her as a person was just absolutely trifling. Me and my autistic daughter just got back from walking somewhere, so I seen this empty bench with not a lot of traffic in the parking lot, my daughter seemed a little tired and I am pregnant so I cannot carry her for too long. I just needed her to rest a little and regroup because we were not far from our place. She’s autistic… she has meltdowns sometimes… and unfortunately I coughed (my cough overwhelms her) so she got extremely upset and started having a meltdown. This lady comes out of her safe haven building to look at us and go back in, then as I’m trying to calm my overstimulated child she proceeded to come back outside talk DIRECTLY to my nonverbal child and tell her that she can not screen outside of her office. I looked at her and told her okay I’m just gonna leave right now. Just.leaving didn’t sit right with me… and I’m not even a confrontational person. So I peeped my head into her empty office which had NO CLIENTS by the way. And made her aware that my child is autistic and nonverbal, she doesn’t understand what she saying to her. How could a grown woman talk to a child anyway and not the parent who is literally right next to her. She then proceeded to come outside after we are already walking away and all the sudden be “concerned” and offer a bottle of water. I said “we’re good. You didn’t care before why care now.” She then says “I was just trying to help, and YOU understood what I said” OBVIOUSLY I understood what she said which is why I am walking away from what could turn into a unsafe environment for my child. At that moment I wanted to cuss her out but I chose peace and walk away from her.

I called about my policy for carleme to say she didn't have the nerves to deal with me all because I was wanting to know why my insurance went up 5 times in a year went from 90 to 201 so rude and this was 2nd rime and last time so if you want talled to like a pos under her feet go ahead I've been with button lewis from 2007 to Jan 2025 never seen him or nothing.butron lewis I've never seen in this while span

Ive had State Farm for over 20 years with 3 different agents. The agents at this location are the worse, especially Colleen! She is rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. If you are looking for a local agent to do more than take your money, go elsewhere. This office is no more progressive than when the office first opened.

Very horrible business operation. The 6 month I used them my bill went from 120 all the way to around $300 for zero explanation. When wanting to cancel lady on the phone wanted sent a blank signature. When asked for an actual form stating not to withdraw from account ever again and to permanently cancel, she then quickly stated these actions can be only made face to face. Fishy fishy. Now have the same coversge plus roadside for $56 a month and an email stating each months bill with exact amounts to the cent. PROFESSIONAL. This agent is not.

Current State Farm customer that moved here from out of state and stopped by to get information on transferring my policies. Front desk staff was rude and not informative after 15 minutes I left bit knowing anymore than I knew when I got there. Poor customer service!
