Chad Redden , one of the assistant managers at the Cartersville Ace hardware had some of the most outstanding customer service skills of any hardware store I have been to in years !! Great customer service and great experience from Chad during my trip to the Cartersville Ace hardware today !! Thanks Chad !! I’m looking forward to my next trip to Ace now !!!

Just got a Stihl BR 450 blower from this place and I'm so thankful I went to this particular store and not any other place. The staff including the owner were beyond great! Chad was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in showing and demonstrating how the blower works and giving me tips on how to maintain it properly....thank you Chad! Customer service at it's finest.

some of the employees apear 'normal'.. I always got strange looks in there so I stopped going.. had only been there 4or5 times sincing moving to cartersville.. so no love lost.. then one day in dec 2023.. I didnt want to drive to HD or lowes and ace was closer... smh... shoulda stayed away.. one of these GOD fearing 'patriot' cowards punctured my tire in the parking lot.. went to discount tire and of course it couldnt be patched.. only replaced(side wall puncture)...so $271 later.. I learned my lesson... I spent 23yrs in the army.. so im catching up to ws rules in the civilian world.. thanks ace hardware and your customers for the lesson..got it.
