Brian was super helpful on the phone and in the office. I appreciate how he was able to explain everything for me. I will definitely recommend this place to store your stuff. It is gated and it has 24 hours camera putting me at ease, knowing that my stuff is protected. Also, the leasing process was a breeze, and I had no issues.

I do not recommend Cartersville Storage due to extremely poor management. The staff shows a lack of professionalism, and in particular, Brian demonstrates that he does not understand what customer service means. Communication is unclear, issues are not addressed in a timely manner, and customers are left feeling dismissed rather than valued.
A storage facility should provide not only a secure space but also reliable, respectful service. Unfortunately, this location fails in that regard. I strongly suggest management take customer service more seriously and provide proper training for their staff.

My name is Hannibal I Bèen a customer at cartersville storage for about 3 1/2 years and have always been treated like royalty the staff is always willing to accommodate your needs as it is more accessible to you as the customer not to mention how pleasant it is to talk to anyone is the administration department everyone is very helpful and courteous. Definitely recommend cartersville storage very highly

I don’t know the guys name that works at the front desk, but he is always cool, kind and helpful and goes above and beyond too help customers and do his job. Aside from that Cartersville Storage prices are very competitive and reasonable compared to other storage units in the area.

Easy to work with and did a great job finding the right solution for our move. I felt confident my stuff was secure and I was able to move our entire house in and out while between moves. Will rent again in the future.
