They made sure everything was installed correctly and working properly before they left, and they took the time to explain everything to me.

It was refreshing to receive such great customer service from people who truly seemed to care about doing their job well. They made the entire delivery and setup process easy and stress-free. “they're Scrappy but responsible.they couldn't fix my computer, and I'm glad they didn't attempt to go beyond their means, and put my hardware at risk. I just wish I got a phone call telling me so because they had my number and idk how many days they knew, I could have given it to someone else.in all fairness though it's not a big organization and I know the lady at the desk is always busy.”
