Dr. Hood is absolutely AMAZING! I've been dealing with ocular hypertension for several years now. He has worked with me through it all. Although, this is something I may have to treat for the rest of my life, I can't begin to explain how great it is to be able to see again.I've been going to Eyeworks for as long as I can remember. They have always had the absolute best doctors. They also an affordable section of frames that cost $50. I've tried other vision centers, but always end up back at Eyeworks because of the amazing level of care I receive. You can't go wrong here.

The doctor was fine, no problems. I was told my glasses (kept my same frames) would be ready in 2 to 3 days. Later that day I receved a text that my glasses were ready for pickup. Wow! I thought. Receiving the glasses at the store I noticed I didn't see any better than without them. They were for distance vision. I was promptly told that I would need to get used to them. After two weeks the vision is the same with or without them. Seems to me they have some basic lenses that they can select from and if your precsription is somewhere in the ballpark (and you do not want new frames even if they are free) they just give you what's close. With my insuance I paid zero dollars for my checkup and new lenses. I don't think they liked not making a sale as I was definitely being pushed to order new frames. I hope they can remedy the situation otherwise I'll be optometrist shopping.

If you are running an hour behind, call patients to let them know. We all have other things to do and can not sit all afternoon waiting to be seen. That is why we made an appointment.

the drs at this office are excellent but the front office staff is very rude especially Samantha and one other. She doesn't give her name out when she answers the phone. they tell lies to cover their mistakes. it's been 3 weeks and I still can't get my contacts.

I had a great experience during my recent eye exam. I was extremely happy with Dr. Hood. He was so kind and did a very thorough exam. I recommended this place to my co-worker and she loved it too!

I feel the staff and doctor are very good but they are busy. I felt like I was one of a herd. Their glasses are expensive compared to others.

Doctor Edge was a great doctor. Willing to listen and over all very good with getting my eye exams done, Kim the person who worked with me on my new glasses and getting my old pair fixed was great and had excellent customer service. However a certain lady that had curly blond hair and wore blue scrubs, at the front check in desk was extremely rude. Hardly any customer service skills at all. Someone said that, well that's just her personality. Well she needs to get her self and personality out of there and find a different job......no one should have experienced what i experienced with her. It's simple.....leave your attitude at the door. If she is this way with everyone then why she still there?

I'm on vacation and forgot contacts. They were so nice and helpful. Even on a Saturday. The doctor was especially kind and gave me trials to get me through. I am so thankful.

Went to this place bc its closer to my home. It took 5 visits to do what my old optometrist does in one visit. ALL WOMEN AT FRONT DESK ARE WHITE BLONDES W/ NASTY ATTITUDES GAVE MY AFRICAN AMERICAN WIFE DIRTY LOOKS, WE WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a customer of Eyeworks for over 25 yrs. I went in to get glasses. Got them back in 2 weeks they were not good quality. I sent them back . Its now January I called tues and asked where are my glasses? She placed me on hold came back said they were there. I went in 2 days later today. I go sit to try them on and you won't believe what they tell me. They can't find my glass that were first ordered in earl Nov 2022. She said to me after looking through the whole store. We can't find them so when the supervisor comes in we will discuss it with her. I was feed up at this point but remained calm and I told them. No what u are going to do is give me my prescription and my full refund and I will take my business somewhere that understand that I have to have glasses and my vision is getting worse so I truly needed my glasses. But what im not going to do in 2023 I will not allow to take nothing less than 100% customer service i will expect in this feel as my items im purchasing are meaningful to the company especially my glasses. I am not putting up with average this year if u can give what tell us customers that they sell there customer service. But u failed a customer that won't take average. So I am going to find another eye dr.

Been waiting on my eye glasses for 2 weeks now and still nothing. They told me 1 week and going on 3 weeks. Nice people but why can't they tell me correct information? They can't even tell me why my glasses are taking long!! SMH!! Just frustrating.

This place is an absolute joke. I’ve come in contact with many people who work here, and would never recommend them to anyone. If you need glasses or an doctor you should probably try every other business before this one.

I was referred to dr hood, I had 3 corneal transplant LASIK's PRK and much more surgeries trying to correct my vision, the last option was hard contact lenses, I didn't have a choice I was losing my little vision I had I had to try it, I heard so much about those hard contacts and with having sever sensitive eyes I was so worried, any way I made an apt and went to see him, he is such a beautiful person inside and out, he is so patient, oh my god, he is so sweet, it is so painful to put those contacts in, ur body reject and blink no matter how hard u try,He didn't rush me, he was so supportive, he was smiling the whole time and was helping me, it is such a blessing to have provider like him, it is already so hard for us not to be able to see and struggle, we don't need dr to be fussy not nice or Impatient, I'm so happy to meet u and have u as my doc dr Hood, Jinous
