Been a customer over 20 years , called in regard to an insurance payment from my mortgage company. Got very little help from customer service. Pretty much had to resolve it myself. Didn't use to be that way.

Customer service staff is helpful, but provider is TERRIBLE! Worst mistake in years for me. Insurance is meant to be used when needed and you shouldn’t have to fight independently for support. Staff clearly works for provider not their clients as they are obligated to. Don’t switch to GA Farm Bureau and make the mistake...
