I had an appointment set up at 10:00 for an oil/filter and tire rotation service for a 2019 Denali diesel.
I left there three hours later. Upon returning to work realized the lock device for my wheel locks had not been returned to me. I called Firestone and inquired. After being on hold for over five minutes was told the mechanic had likely left it on one of the locking lug nuts and was asked if I would go look at my truck and see if it may still be attached. Seriously, it was likely in your parking lot and no way it would survive a 7 mile trip. More importantly, it left the question, did he leave it on the first or last lug he tightened and what is my risk. I was told Firestone would pay for the replacement lock which I have ordered. I will be delivering the invoice for $80 upon receipt of proof of shipment to be reimbursed. This was my first visit to Firestone to avoid going to a GMC dealer.

Tried to uncharge on a basic oil change. Made up all these claims on service needed when it was not.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they patiently explained what was going on with my car. Were able to accommodate my requested timeframe.

The techs are very nice and know what they are doing. O went to get my brakes checked and they found they were still in good shape. Didn't need to be replaced. While checking brakes they also looked for any other issues and found none..I feel.like if I had taken to Ford I would have had to have new brakes and no telling what else. I trust the techs at Firestone more than I do Ford.

Everyone who works here has gone above and beyond for my family. We had a huge hole in our tire and just made it to the shop. They were closed and in a store meeting. These men came out and took the time to help us get back on the road when they didn't even have to open up the door for us. We are so blessed to have them. We have come back more than twice after that to make sure that our cars were safe to drive with my toddler in them. They are always kind and very reasonably priced. I will never go to another shop again. When you find people like this who you trust to make sure your safe, then you don't leave them lol. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

It was crazy expensive and ridiculously slow. I had a 9 am appointment for brake pads and rotors I was told this whole process would be about an hour. My car didn’t even go back until 10:30 and they were continually taking more walk ins. I was quoted well over $1,000 for both axels. I didn’t get my car back until 1:30

I swear I’ve never been to a worse company than this place. Michelle, the lady that was working today. She told me it will be an hour wait. I’ve been there for two hours and all I seen is them bringing other cars into the bay skipping over my vehicle.
When I asked her, why are they skipping over by vehicles in a very rude way she said we are not skipping over your vehicle as I’m seeing them bringing cars into the bays.
She has no customer service at all and if I was you guys, I’ll stay away from here it was that bad.
I guess southern hospitality skipped over her because she has zero of it
I’ve never been to firestone in my life, and I totally understand why now Because they hire people like her

DO NOT GET AN ALIGNMENT FROM HERE. Ate up my tread not even 2 weeks after i got it because they put a OUT OF SPEC camber on my front tires. Had to replace them. Do not recommend.

I came as a walking. I had to get an oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment, and tire balancing done. It took about 2.5 - 3 hours, but they were busy and I did not have an appointment. Lucky they have wifi. I brought my laptop and was working in the lobby. All of the staff were nice as well! Got my regular service shop in Cartersville.

Omg! I have to thank Michelle for helping me out with a flat tire and I had to have a new tire put on! The place was clean and welcoming! I had Nick and Jason dealing w my issues in the bay! Thanks to all of you for the timely work details and getting me out and back on the interstate!! Anyone needs help call upon them!!

It took almost a hour and a half not counting that it was a enterprise car and tgey had to wait for clearance but at the same time alot of walking around talking i have never waited this long for a oil change after the fact of the car being work on it took another 50 min smh i recommend volvaline anyday over this place

Excellent customer service, amazing professionalism and a trustworthy experience ! Trey Turner made me feel comfortable with my vehicle maintenance and care. I only visit this store for my repairs and I have to drive an hour to get there! That’s speaks volumes!
