We just got our Subaru back after a collision with a deer, and once again First Class Collision did an excellent job. They have repaired several of our Subarus over the years and are always professional, helpful, and pay special attention to detail.
The repairs are beautifully done, and the car is always returned clean, detailed, and shining. We highly recommend them!

I hit a big deer and smashed the front of my car. Within hours of calling First Class Collision they were here to pick it up. 9 days later they had her fixed as good as new. And cleaner than before the accident. Thank you so much.

Had somebody bump my wife’s car while it was parked at the airport. Took it into 1st class collision and I can honestly say I received 1st class service by honest people, BEST PRICING IVE SEEN!! take the worry out of picking a body shop. MAKE 1st CLASS YOUR 1st STOP!

My wife had an accident at her job. Someone backed into her car, causing damage on the left fender from a golf cart.
So we went and did three estimates from local body shops in the Cartersville area and we finally chose first class collision.
Joel and his staff did an outstanding job. I wanted to write this review to recommend them for anybody looking for professional Body Work.

Brought my car to First Class Collision after a recent hailstorm came through and could not be more pleased with the work performed on my car. Joel is a master of his craft, and the process flowed seamlessly with my insurance company, who also had only positive remarks about his and his team's work. If there is anywhere in the Metro Atlanta area that I trust to handle repairs on any car I'll ever have, First Class Collision will always be the right repair shop.

My car received A LOT of hail damage. I took my car here, and these guys were on top of it! Communication is great, I got my car back within a reasonable time, and it looks brand new again! I highly recommend these guys!

My truck was damaged badly by a hail storm in May of 2025. I took it to Joel at First Class Collision Center. I was extremely impressed with how my truck looked after Joel and his staff repaired all the damage. Now my truck looks brand new!!! If you need any bodywork done to your vehicle, don’t hesitate to take it to First Class Collision Center. You won’t regret it! They are super nice too! I just can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. They are definitely experts at what they do!!!

Extremely professional work. Super pleasant staff. Everyone so easy to work with. And so helpful. Great recommendations. Had done some paint work out of pocket a few years back on a Tahoe that we are driving that is now near 400,000 miles. Outstanding work. Then we had an animal strike issue that damaged an older Infiniti. Not only did we get the bumper replaced but inspection of the engine compartment meant a good bit of mechanical repair as well. All covered under insurance through GEICO. Easy process throughout. Also had had some paint damage due to a hail storm a few days earlier, was planning on doing some repainting anyways. Super professional. The paint work was outstanding. Incredible attention to detail. Highly recommended.

We took my Corvette to First Class Collision for a new paint job. Joel and his team did an excellent job with body work and paint. It looks exceptional! In addition, We asked him to put flames on the hood, and they are beautiful! The best part is how well we were treated throughout the work. They are extremely professional and friendly! We would recommend them to everyone!
